Every time I get sick, my entire life, I get a sinus infection. Until I started using SinuCleanse! My doctor explained that rinsing keeps the PH from allowing bacteria to take hold. I've tried the Netipot and find it labor intensive. These are gentle but strong enough to get the spray where it needs to be. There is no strong chemical feeling nor is there a smell. I also use during the winter to moisturize when it is dry outside, and I find it does help a bit with snoring. I got the Allergy & Sinus version, which simply has more saline. Tolerated well to soften dried boogers for my special needs child prior to using a nasal aspirator... I marked each can with the name of the person it belongs to....For me, this is helping even after 3 uses my dry nose & sinus issues along with my sore nose ring pericings after the initial use & even more improvent by 3rd use. I typically buy this brand elsewhere, but the double pack was great for if you need one for more than one person.
