I use this Claritin clone (Loratadine) for a week, then switch to the generic Zyrtec (Cetirizine) the following week. I find that alternating them each week works better at minimizing my symptoms. I wake up at night sometimes and can't get a deep breath so I take two (2) tablets in about 15-20 minutes max I can breathe freely once more. I'm allergic to over 105 foods and particles in the air so I never know just what is making me feel like I can't breath but as long as it works I'm sold in fact I'm buying another bottle today. It works way better than the one subscribed by my Doctor that's purple in color and can make me tired or sleepy, plus make your legs restless and doesn't seem to do anything about the shortness of breath. ... show more
