Needed a new desk that counted as a hybrid study/potential gaming area. My old desk was a bit too small for me, (for context, I had it since 2002, when I was 9 years old; I am now 27) and I was having a hard time finding space to write notes and browse my laptop at the same time. Decided to buy this desk since it was not only the most affordable; but it matches the color of some customizable desk shelves I use, (for some reason its hard to find a white desk that stayed at or below 40 inches of length and had a large width.) I was hesitant at first, due to the lack of reviews; but so far I like the desk. It was very easy to assemble, directions, (mostly illustrations,) were easy to follow, and so far the desk appears to be very sturdy. I also have more room for my gadgets, stationary, laptop, and writing area. I would have preferred a cube sort of desk bookshelf instead of the open one this desk has, but it can easily fixed with storage bins. All in all I like this desk, and recommend it. ... show more

I purchased this desk for my wife to use as her watercolor painting work space in our sunroom. The desk fits perfectly in the space we have available. Assembly was fairly easy - no tools required - using the provided hex wrench. Here's a little tip when you assemble one of these - finger tighten all the bolts before you tighten with the hex wrench. It helps to wiggle the legs around when you're threading other bolts to get them aligned with the threaded inserts. It becomes very sturdy & stable once all the bolts are tightened. Overall we're very pleased with the desk. The laminate top is well made & easy to wipe clean. The steel legs and supports are also well made and finished with smooth black paint. I purchased the drawer version in October of 2021. It was super easy to put together. I'm 69 y/o and 5'1". The first one is still in mint condition. Sturdy. It holds the 27 inch MAC. I wanted the one with shelves but was hesitant because I wanted the colors to match. And they do. Perfectly. I have the shelves on the left side. I was able to put this one together by myself also. I did have to put it on the bed upside down to do the shelves, but it was easy. I recommend their desks without reservation. I've not had a single problem with delivery. I bought this to be a home office desk, to replace a craft table that I was using temporarily as a work desk. Reason: I have since landed an all remote job and needed a more efficient setup. I liked the black and white, modern style of this desk. I placed a bin I already owned on the bottom shelf to hold items such as headphones, device cords and batteries. There is enough room on the tabletop for a rack of office files; along with enough room for a clipboard because I use one to keep track of tasks during the day. In this photo, I have a desk pad that was purchased about the same time. You can add a mousepad and wrist rest, I did so later because I had those pieces already but was waiting to see if I still needed one on this desk. ... show more

Took me maybe 30mins to assemble by myself. No screwdriver needed. Tool provided. The directions were very simple. All parts where labeled. The second shelf is slightly shorter than the first which bummed me a bit cuz I wanted to put my PS4 set up on the 2nd. It fits perfectly on the first one though. This desk is great for gaming with one monitor/tv. It fits my 32in tv, mac book pro, lamp, and Alexa on the top. The width of the shelves is a little bigger than a PS4.
