  • It works very well, but fast recharging can negatively impact the battery life on this device.
Color: Black
I like this charger. I get why people complain about the power drop. I plugged this up to my Surface Pro 8 (51% charged) and watched the power bank drop from 100% charged to 75% in about 10 minutes, which was unsettling. However, for full disclosure, I was using my laptop to process PowerPoint images while checking my email and shopping on Amazon.com. After 10 minutes, my battery life on my PC shot up from 51% to 77%. After 15 minutes, the power bank was down to 65%, but the charge on my PC was up to 80%. At that point, I disconnected it. When I have the battery saver charging feature enabled on my laptop, it does not allow me to charge it to over 83%. I connected it to my cell phone, and it charged the phone quickly and did not put as much stress on the battery as the laptop. If I had the option of using an AC plug compared to this device, that's a no-brainer; I would use the AC plug. I mainly use this at airports when I travel in cafes. Consider getting this (fast charging cable and plug combo set) set up to get the most out of this charger. The link is below. This device is a great travel solution, and although it's not perfect, it's pretty good. I will keep this charger for sure! https://www.amazon.com/INIU-6-6ft-2-Pack-2-Port-Charger/dp/B0DSZSQXKT ... show more

  • Highly recommended.
Color: Black
I love this so much, I bought another one. I work from home- which means I work in restaurants, coffee shops, beaches. parks.... I can leave in the morning, work on my computer for a few hours until my laptop battery is drained. I then plug it in to one of these and keep working for a few hours. This battery will drain, but then my computer is fully charged, so I can continue for a few hours. So it literally extends my work time × 3 with no down time. I can plug in my phone, it doesn't even drain it, but charges the phone. And it fits in my back pack. Recommended for remote workers, campers, traveller's, anyone who needs power anywhere. Excellent value. ... show more

  • Big but light/portable and well built battery with decent capacity
Color: Black
Yes it's big but light, well built and has good a grip to it. So it's easy to carry. All the ports on it work fine: USB, AC, DC 12V, car adapter works, and it charges from the wall great and you get 15V charging from the car. Haven't tried solar panel charging, yet. Would have been nice if there was USB-C port but you can use the AC port for that if necessary. Would be nice if it displayed the voltage or Amps when charging devices. It only displays the input Voltage (not Amps) when charging this unit. The AC port is only 65W, which is decent for alot of 18-45W tablets, laptops, chromebooks, macbooks and other smaller devices and meets the TSA limits for carry on. This is the target for this device. Not larger or bulky laptops with greater wattages. Yeah you can charge them if it doesn't shut down the charger, but don't expect to get more than 5-15 minutes. And you're going to get better usage of this power bank if you charge your device with the screen off. It will still charge a 45W laptop or chromebook with the screen on and working on it, but your laptop is using more power, so you're draining more power from the power bank, obvi. It would be great if it was 100W and 30000mAh, but then it's heavier and not TSA approved. But for what it's described as, it works and the display is nice quality. 5 Stars. ... show more

  • Survival in Alaska! Superb Customer Service in Exchange of Power Bank
Color: Black
I have been quite a fan of Jackery solar units and power banks, but unfortunately this company never manufactured a compact solar panel + power bank system that could easily fit in a backpack and be transported to remote regions, especially with luggage weight restrictions! While browsing on Amazon, I happened to stumble upon Sinkeu's products and made a digital-life-changing purchase that helped me survive part of a salmon season in the boonies of Alaska this past summer! I used the Sinkeu power bank mostly for my laptop computer, cell phone, and recharging small electronics such as usb workman lights and a compact radio. This Sinkeu package is superb for remote field work, with extremely limited access to electricity (an occasional generator); the sun was my best friend, as it managed to charge my power bank in between 4-6 hours, depending on the angle of the sun. When I returned from Alaska to California, my powerbank suddenly stopped working and I wasn't able to use the AC outlet for my laptop. I called in Amazon customer service, and the technicians attempted to troubleshoot the situation. We could not resolve the problem, and Amazon support guided me into contacting Sinkeu. I began working with a very friendly support agent named Olivia, and we managed to swap out my broken power bank with a new one that is working and in fully functional use! I presently have my power bank and solar unit in the trunk of my car, where I am able to whip out these electronics whenever I am in remote places, or the local Starbucks stiffs their customers of outlets and access to electricity for keeping my laptop and cell phone charged. Thank you Sinkeu for your fantastic and innovative product! I feel your company truly is a pioneer in manufacturing compact, solar-based, remote power supply systems that can easily fit in anyone's backpack! I am truly grateful for your helping me with an exchange so I continue to smoothly engage in remote field work! ... show more
