It was difficult to install and after 3 months it began smoking and we had to get a new one. The phone sound is very staticy. My daughter does like the back up camera UPDATE!!!! Customer service reached out to us immediately to come up with a solution and have said they will fully refund the purchase. **READ THE ACTUAL REVIEWS -- THERE ARE SOME 4 AND 5 STAR REVIEWS FOR UNITS THAT DIDN'T WORK CORRECTLY OR BURNED UP THE CONNECTORS BUT BUYERS GOT REFUNDS AND SUBSEQUENTLY GAVE 4 OR 5 STAR RATINGS ANYWAY** This drives the ratings for the unit artificially high. Also suggest you look at buyer's comments on the seller (again COMMENTS, not RATINGS) as Amazon has gone back and voided many of the negative seller comments and ratings. On the unit -- where to start? The good -- sound quality is decent and adjustable to match the car and your ear and radio (when used by itself) is good. Think that's about it. Now the bad --- installation instructions are a tiny 15 page booklet about the size of a index card that covers at least six different radios. No real installation guidelines just an ID of the wires and the rest is "figure it out yourself". Virtually no instructions on how to operate it or load anything into it other than a two or three word explanation of each manual or screen "button". Print in the manual is so small you can barely read it. No instructions on how to pair phone or do things like load your phone book or look at text messages. Can't get the mirror function to work at all. When using bluetooth on more than one program (like using maps and playing music at the same time) the unit cuts out and can stay off for up to a couple of minutes before coming back on --- usually erratically with bursts of sound interrupted by stretches of silence. The screen touch is very sensitive so you'll find that you call a phone number when you're trying to scroll down the list (on those rare occasions when the scrolling function actually works, etc.). In the end -- spend the extra $$ and get a name brand unit that has viable users manuals and support. This radio is perfect size and not bad for 100 dollars, however I wish my 100 felt a little more hundredy if that makes sense lol, it is cheaply made flexes I the dash, it’s for my work Car so I’m not to bothered by it but it does like to cut off and freeze up here and there, granted it’s been cold and only done it when I first fire up the car but I’m neither mad or happy with this unit, save up some More money if it’s going into a nice car and get the better option ... show more

I purchased this radio and it only lasted 5 months and it’s already dead. Started to smell it burning as the right side speakers went out then suddenly no power to radio. Do not buy. No wonder it’s on 85.00 Update: they contacted me an offered me a 90% refund so long as I changed the review to a 4 or a 5 star. I'm hoping they keep to their word as the radio was faulty but I'm hoping the customer service is better than the item I received. ... show more

They replaced the first one. Should have gotten my money back because the second one broke 50 days later. Started smoking and everything. And the onboard fuse never popped. Would not recommend buying this product unless you don’t really care about it burning your car to the ground.
