  • Easy to use! Watch the video.
Very easy to use. I scanned the code on the back of the package, and it took me directly to an instructional video - very good, short, and valuable video from Singer! This foot will allow me to make more professional hems on many of the sheerer fabrics now available in stores. I love it.

  • Practice on some scrap fabric and you're good to go
This sewing foot fit my Kenmore without a problem. Be sure to watch the video that is suggested on the packaging as it's tricky at the start when feeding the fabric in the scroll. You may have to change to a zig zag stitch from a straight stitch. At least that did the trick for me. Practice on some scrap fabric and you're good to go! This special foot has made hemming 15 prom dresses from satin to chenille a breeze ... show more

  • A must have foot for your collection
Singer always makes good products. The foot takes a lot of practice to use but once you have it down it's an amazing foot to have. I definitely suggest this for all seamstresses and tailors.

  • Works great!
Works great! I just bought a new sewing machine and my older rolled hem presser foot didn't fit the new machine. I knew that I needed to replace it asap as I do a lot of alterations on bridesmaid and prom dresses.

  • so most of my projects end up horrible. This foot was super easy to use
I'm really impatient at sewing, so most of my projects end up horrible. This foot was super easy to use, and worked despite my skipping necessary steps and feeding it unpressed, slippery fabric. This foot is smarter than I.

  • It takes some practice
Once you get the hang of it this makes really tight smooth rolled edges so much easier than trying to do it free-hand. There is a definite learning curve to using this foot. I have tried several times but still cannot manage to get the first couple of inches to feed through and roll over cleanly then as I sew, it is hard to keep the fabric lined up just right so it stays right on the edge but with some practice it gets a little easier. If there is a 1/4" rolled edge hem, I think that might be a little easier to manage but I haven't found that foot yet. I am knocking off one star just because it is not as easy to use as I would hope which results in lower accuracy end-to-end but it's still a good value if you have enough edging to do to need one. ... show more

  • Good product
Good Product once you figured out how to use it works great

  • What a bummer
It would not attach it all. I'm unclear if it's because mine is an older version of a singer machine. Or if I was truly just operator error.
