Easy to assemble. I had my doubts about it after reading the bad reviews. I bought it because of size and it was 99% wire. It takes a little thought to put it together because the instructions are not much more than drawings. But once that is done, it is a breeze. There is a learning curve but not bad. If you study the pictures and look at the method of assembly for the base, the rest is the same. On each leg there is a scribed line suggesting where to put the plastic 'keepers' and each 'keeper' has an 'up arrow' showing the correct position for those. From there just make sure each shelf is at the correct level on all 4 legs. If you goof, you can undo them, and correct. All total I think it took about 30 minutes including finding my plastic hammer and picking up the pieces I droped. It is sturdy but it is not for kids to climb on or engine parts from your old Honda, but you do you. ... show more

I'd like to give the shelf system a 5 star review, but I can't. The shelves are easy to assemble with no tools. They're sturdy, although I think a load of 350 pounds is wishful thinking. They even provide plastic shelf liners, a nice touch. My problem began when I was jabbed by a piece of protruding metal as I took the shelving components out of the box. Upon inspection. I found at least 1 place on every shelf that wad rough, 2 of them sharp enough to cause injury. The protrusions were from welding joints that weren't properly filed off. A good weld doesn't need to be filed, but sometimes extra metal can hang on, and these places need to be filed off. I think it's important enough to dock the shelves 2 stars for poor quality control. Fortunately, I have a set of miniature diamond files and I inspected all shelves for these dangerous pieces of metal. They filed off easily. I took a photo of one of the protrusions. ... show more

10/10 did not enjoy putting this together. Not sure how long it will stay together. The plastic clips don’t even snap all the way. It’s works but I wouldn’t want to put another together.

The measurements were accurate and this turned out to be the perfect size for the space it would occupy. It's on the smaller side, but again, read the measurements provided. I like the freedom to select the spacing of the shelves (I use these racks to hang overhead grow lamps, coupled with warming mats). If you secure them correctly, the racks are stable and are able to support a decent amount of weight. This smaller rack is to keep organized all of my little nick knacks... twine, plant stakes, trellises, soil, seed starter trays and humidity domes... I got this at a bargain... "Used-Like New" and 100% worth the $22 I paid. Seeing now the sturdiness and durability, I would pay regular price for this as well. ... show more

The product videos were helpful. Assembly was quick. Easy to change shelf height. This size was narrower than I thought but I can always order a wider one and use this one in the kitchen. It's a nice little shelf. I'll see how well it stands up to use and post an update if I think it's needed.

This metal shelving unit is perfect to use in my bathroom but all 4 shelving racks are warped. The shipping container was not damaged so this seems like a manufacturer issue. It is more of a hassle to send back so I am keeping the unit. It gave some difficulty when assembling but I'm assuming this is due to the warped shelving. It's a good size to hold toiletries and such but due to the warped shelving I will not place anything heavy on this unit. Knowing this now I would not purchase again. ... show more
