So, I want to preface my review by saying that (by no fault of the manufacturer,) my storage drawers are damaged. The delivery driver delivered it to the wrong house and it was left outside in the rain, box, shipping label ruined and parts of the product as well. Because I couldn’t return it without the label and what-not, I was issued a refund, but decided to put it together anyway because- well, I didn’t know what else to do with it If I couldn’t return. Anyway, because I basically got a free functioning product and I feel bad about it, I will do you a service by offering some assembly tips for you :) Instructions are pictures only, and that would be okay if they were a little more detailed, maybe closer up and labeled better. I had a bit of trouble figuring out the orientation of some of the smaller bits and pieces on this piece of furniture. Also, for some reason I was given one screw that was not the same length as all the others (pictured)? I used it anyway because it was the same diameter and it wasn’t a structural screw, just one for the drawer hardware, so I figured it’s not a huge deal. It took me (21 y/o female) about 3 hours to put together, and my hands were very sore from all the screwing afterwards (I recommend using an electric screwdriver or a drill on very low speed and torque, as particle board tends to split with too much force). I’m going to go through the steps of the instructions and add some much-needed detail for you now. 1) step one was pretty straight-foward; attach all of the m and n pieces to pieces b and c (respectively). One tip here is to make sure you have m and n on the correct sides, as none are labeled. What you want is for the end of the bar with the wheel to be in the front of the side, and with the wheel in the lower position. 2) this step is where it got a bit tricky for the pictures. There are about 3-4 things to do in this step and it was a bit unclear what should be done first. I recommend first attaching the V (lg cam lock screws) and Q2 (large dowels) To piece A first, then placing the large cam locks into the sides. Then, slide piece A into the top, lock the cam locks, and slide the back piece in afterwards. The instructions show the back piece sliding from the top, but I found it much easier to slide it in from the bottom after the top was secure. 3) the easiest step, first attach the remaining large dowels to piece D, push it into the side pieces and screw the long screws through the bottom. 4) very straight-foward, attaching the casters. One thing that was a bit frustrating here was that the holes for the screws weren’t drilled in even a quarter of the length of the screw, so it took a bit of force to get the screw to bite and start to go into the wood. This was the only part of this product where the holes were done like this. 5) the most tedious step, and also has many moving parts. The order I recommend doing it in; put together the sides and back of all the drawers with the labeled pieces, then slide in the bottoms of all the drawers. Attach the small dowels and cam screws to the drawer fronts, then add the cam locks, push the drawer fronts on and lock the cams. I tried a few other orders, for other drawers, but this was definitely the most efficient. I found at this step that some of the pre-drilled holes weren’t exactly lining up properly for the bottom of the drawer to go in, so I recommend not screwing the side pieces completely tight until you have the bottom completely pushed in, then tightening it around the bottom piece. I also noticed that there were some discrepancies in the pictures provided for this step, the pieces don’t look exactly like what is given. For this, you want your sides to be oriented where the slot for the bottom is on the bottom, the two holes are in the back and the hole for the cam lock is in the front top. Attaching the drawer wheels was very simple and straight-forward. I hope this was helpful to anyone that was slightly confused by the picture-only instructions :) ... show more

Although it was quite an involved assembly process, lots of parts and pieces. It was very simple to just repeat the process 5 times for each drawer. Although this is not an IKEA purchase the assembly did borrow from thier ingenuity and the final product is sturdy, the fit and function exceed all expectations. Highly recommend. ... show more

Bought this as a Christmas gift for my pre-teen to store all of her cosmetics, hair accessories and more. Plenty of storage! Took my husband about an hour to put together. Each drawer needs to be assembled, but no issues and no missing parts!

I knew by other reviewers that the assembly of this piece would be a challenge. It started out fine, but when I got to the wheels and drawers it was a headache. I had trouble with getting the tiny screws in the holes for the castors because the wheel kept getting in the way. So I put the screws in partially to create a hole, then removed them and put the wheel back in place. Then it went much faster because the screw didn't slide. The drawers were a nightmare. The cam screws were not long enough, so the cam nut didn't have a pin to catch onto to keep it in place. And the holes for the cam screws on the front piece were two small for the screws. After trying every possible tweak, I finally gave up on it, and ended up leaving the wooden dowels in and using glue to attch the front to the rest of the drawer. One of the wooden dowels broke. But it worked using the glue with only one dowel on the one drawer. It was a little confusing putting the guides on the drawers. Overall, I didn't have too much trouble with the pictured instructions except for the drawer guides. I had trouble trying to figure out how to put them on but figured out by trial and error. The overall product is ok. But two of the drawers don't glide that easily. Hoping over time that might improve. There is like a two inch gap in the back between the back of the drawer and the back of the drawer organizer. Because of that, the inner dimension of the drawer was not what was stated in the desciption on Amazon. The castors are extremely hard to move on carpet. I should have just left them off and use the slider things on the bottom. The drawers aren't perfectly flush on the front with the cabinet, but not enough of a difference to be that noticeable. I was hoping to fit more in the drawers. But overall the size is nice, since it still fits in a lot more than the cheapo plastic drawers I got from Walmart. I am using this purchase to store my art and calligraphy supplies as well as other project items and frequently used items. Summary: PROS: Looks nice enough, seems pretty solid, provides more room than the smaller plastic drawer systems at disciount stores. CONS: assembly was a nightmare, drawers aren't as deep as indicated in the Amazon description, castors are hard to move, a couple of the drawers don't glide that well. Takeaway: Had I known all this to begin with, I would have got a similar product from IKEA like other reviewers mentioned. ... show more
