This thing came in 400 pieces 🤣 and it took me 3 hours to put together but...the instructions were pretty good. I felt like I really accomplished something when I was done. I didn't cut the wood or forge the parts from metal but they sure make you do every other thing to build it 🤣 it seems pretty sturdy and it suits my purpose just fine. I do wish the drawers pulled all the way out but they only pull out about 3/4 of the way and you have to reach in...but...small potatoes. ... show more

Nice, solid and was pretty straight forward in terms of assembly. The wheels are smooth as it slides and the drawers have a smooth gliding motion when opened and closed. It was easy to assemble but did take a bit of time to do by myself. Functionality is great it has plenty of storage with nicely sized drawers. It was packed well no damage or marks on any sides. It’s perfect for office storage and can even hold my printer on top of it. I’d say it’s a good buy at a good price and I shopped around comparing several of these. Would highly recommend and would give 10 stars if I could. ... show more

Good product, 65 minute assembly. (I timed it) I didnt rush, but used power drill (with a clutch to prevent over-driving) to assemble. Its very similar in building any Ikea drawer set, so i you have done those, this will be a snap. This also included about 3 minutes of cleaning up a spilled beer (dad's wages!) If i had only used a philips screw driver, it probably would have taken another 30-45 minutes. The trick is to lay everything out in piles and distribute/count the build pieces (screws, dowels, locking disks) near the associate piles before you start so there are no surprises on using the wrong parts. I built it in a small dorm room using a power drill driver (philips #2 bit, set to low clutch) and a philips screw driver for the locking disks, and a hammer for the wooden dowels. Its fairly heavy, and once built was quite sturdy. I gave it 4 stars for two reasons. First, the slots on the drawer bottoms didnt line up exactly with the screw holes in the side, and it took a little unscrewing, pounding and twisting to get it to fit right. Second, and my biggest complaint with all pressboard furniture, is that you have to use longer or fatter screws to keep from stripping the wood during the build. The drawer slides require small short screws drilled into the edge of the pressboard, which easily disintegrates. The caster mounting was especially sensitive to this. Given their function I felt that the screw settings should be more robust. I like to feel a good pressure pushback when setting screws to give me confirmation they are firmly installed, but with pressboard and short small screws, you cant really do that without great risk of stripping the wood. I also would have like to see a few screws in the side of the drawer slides, not just the bottom. BTW, huge thumbs up to company for not using any nails or plastic in the construction. I’ve purchased three of these drawer units from Amazon over time (two in 2024 and one in 2025), and they have worked very well for my DIY at-home nail studio. That alone says a lot about how satisfied I am with them. The size and number of drawers are excellent. They provide plenty of organised storage for nail supplies, tools, and products without taking up too much floor space. I really appreciate the vertical design, especially in a studio setup where organisation is key. One small improvement I would love to see is slightly deeper drawers. There is roughly a 2-inch gap between the back of the drawers and the unit itself, which feels like a bit of lost storage space. That said, this does not affect functionality enough to be a dealbreaker, and I am still very happy with the overall design. When moving the units, there can be a slight rocking motion, but it has never felt unstable or unsafe. I have never been concerned about anything tipping over, breaking, or falling out. Once positioned, they stay put and feel solid. I also own the taller version, and I am just as pleased with it. Both sizes work well together and look clean and cohesive in my space. Assembly was fairly easy, especially when using a combination of the provided instructions and a bit of common sense. Everything lined up properly, and I had no major issues putting them together. Overall, these drawers are practical, attractive, and reliable. They are a great option for anyone looking to organise a home office, craft space, beauty room, or nail studio. This dresser got the job done. Perfect for a desk space or any space really. I received all parts in perfect condition, the box it came in was solid and extra padding. Basically if you live far from an Ikea and they can't ship to you, this is a perfect second option and less cheaper, quality is a bit lacking BUT its not bad. However, the instructions that came with this was a bit questionable, was staring at it for a solid 5 minutes before it clicked but maybe it's because I'm stupid. It did take me 2 hours to build the whole damn thing. When assembling the dresser some parts while assembling were uneven and a bit wobbly but it all came together in the end. I used an electric drill and I don't know if its me or what but when drilling some parts of the screws it ripped part of the wood and paint where that screw was. I didn't care about it but whoever does this might bother you. Pros - Dupe for ALEX dresser - Cheaper - Pretty sturdy Cons - Instructions a bit unclear - Assembling some parts weren't perfectly aligned Im not going to add any pictures but trust my words. ... show more
