It makes it to you unscathed. The sink is heavy duty and we'll constructed but the packaging is terrible. I ordered 5 sinks and all 5 boxes arrived more or less open. The sinks are just floating in an oversized box so expect damage. There was not any packaging material to protect the sink or prevent movement inside box while being transported ... show more

We are in the process of a kitchen remodel. I have had good luck with stainless steel so I wanted to replace our current one with the same. This is an 18 gauge/304 series which is the most common household sink grade. The grade is the thickness and the lower the grade the thicker the sink. The only thicker stainless steel sink is the 16 gauge, Since I've been happy with an 18 gauge for years I thought this would be good enough. The 304 is the most common and should be more then adequate unless your sink will be exposed to a lot of salt water, Then you need the Marine grade or 316. I am not a sink expert, just sharing the research I did before buying this sink, It is important with any protect to make sure you know how to care for it. No bleach products is probably the most important thing to know, also, stainless steel will scratch so I'm getting a silicone mat. The bottom is smaller then the top so it needs a 26" by !4" mat. Anyway, I like this sink and my contractor says it looks good. I've seen similar for more money. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. The sink itself is beautiful and big! I love everything about it except that when you rinse, the water kind of stays on the sides and doesn't go all down the drain. My video shows just what I'm talking about. Well for me it's too late but for other's, check that out. Not much much of a big deal but I don't like it. ... show more

I was in love with this sink when I opened it. Everything was perfect and pretty. Less than one week of it being installed, by the countertop installer. Rust was showing on the right side edge. Not where the accessories seat. after cleaned it just came back and now noticing its happening all around the whole rink :( ... show more

    • Missing parts, not as advertised, damaged prior to shipping. UPDATED

I ordered and received this Sink and the sink itself is very nice and well constructed, however there are some glaring issues. 1) cutting board is BAMBOO and not "Hardwood" as stated. 2) the roll up drying rack is missing. 3) there were two dents inside the sink created by something or someone hitting the interior of the sink from the inside denting outward so clearly this damage was not done in shipping... The dents I carefully repaired and are barely noticeable but missing parts and cutting board issue is false advertising. Here is their description: "ALL ACCESSORIES: The sink comes with filter basket, hardwood cutting board, rollup drying rack, basket strainer drain and bottom stainless steel grate." UPDATE: So I contacted Seller through Amazon and they overnighted me the missing pieces and a new (correct) cutting board to resolve the issues stated above. I am pleased with their proactive response to my problems and updated my review from one to three stars. ... show more
