When I added up all the individual pieces of the kit, I was well over $1,000. I had never heard of Anjon and the price seemed too good to be true. Covid had me on a tight budget so I bit the bullet thinking that I was getting some cheap, Chinese, knock off brand. It showed up fast and well packed. To my surprise many, if not most, of the components said "Made in USA" which was a bonus. I was even more shocked to see how sturdy and solidly built everything was. Nice hard plastic that will withstand many years of use. The pump is solid and heavy. The liner is VERY thick. Even the LED light is metal and has weight to it. I was expecting something dinky but there wasn't a dinky item in the entire kit. I'm SO glad that I didn't over pay because some of these kits are very expensive and you may mistakenly believe that you are paying extra for the quality. Rest assured this is high quality stuff and you don't need to pay the extra. I just ran out of the bottle of rescue that they give you. I used it, as it was advised, and the pond was crystal clear in 2 days. It has been like that till we ran out and now we are developing green, so it is needed and its doing something. I came on to buy another bottle and figured that'd give a review, given how satisfied that I am.

I purchased this system to start my quarantine project. I had done some research and felt this package deal was the best for me. Ordered on a Tuesday. Supposed to be Prime and on Friday didnt get to me. So the guys I hired to put the liner in and start adding the rocks to my pond couldn’t work. Since they shipped UPS I didn’t get the product over the weekend either. Finally received the system on Monday, open the box and there isn’t a liner in the box. Sent a message through Amazon and had to call the company multiple times in a row to reach someone. The person on the phone was nice and said that I had to take a picture of what I got for them to do anything about it. When they received the information they shipped out the liner. UPS ground so it was another week to get the replacement liner in. The underlayment, liner and skimmer all went together very easy. The waterfall is very small and I would suggest upgrading to one that has a larger filtration system. The pump was plugged in and I love the ability for adjust the water flow over the falls. 4 weeks after I have my pond up and running all my chemical levels correct and we add in newly purchase koi. I come out to the pump being off with an error code of E5 displayed. I called the company multiple times that day finally getting a hold of them in the late afternoon. Again a very nice person let’s me know that I just need to unplug the pump for 15 minutes to let it reset. I had already left it unplugged for the whole day and plugged it back in, when I went to look at the display again it actually shocked me, electrical current from the display into my hand. The gentleman said, that isn’t supposed to happen, I hope not. When I asked what the error code was he said he doesn’t know and the manufacturer knows there is an issue. Luckily the pump has a 2 year warranty and was replaced under warranty. Get a confirmation for the shipping and again UPS ground. So it didn’t come to me for another 4 days. Endangering the $400 I had just spent on my fish. The skimmer, liner and undrerlayment are all quality products, but the pump issues and waterfall size make this not a recommendable product. Fingers are crossed the new pump lasts more than one month.

This was a great kit to install and a fun project overall. I learned a lot from on-line videos, which I recommend taking the time to watch. Once the hole was dug out, the pieces were installed in an afternoon and has worked flawlessly since I started it up. Great reviews from all the neighbors!

Decent lil pond very easy to install and has been working great for about 3 months with no ossues other than green water which im told i need a UV stabilizer to clear it up mine came out to be 11'×16' which is just right for my side yard i got 48 coi fish in it and they are enjoying it nice product very pleased

I see someone else had the same issue that I had. I don't have any issue with the kit, except the Commando pump. Died after only 3 weeks and I was forced to pay shipping for it to be returned. Waiting for it to be replaced... Would not buy a kit with this pump.

First time pond builders so I was happy to find a good quality kit. It's still in progress but wanted to share some of the pictures. I need to thank customer service after the water control box quit they quickly sent a replacement. The waterfall has been a challenge but nothing to do with the product, lol Having control of the water flow from 1200 gph to 3000 gph is amazing. Love having the skimmer catching any debri. The liner is thick and has withstood my abuse. The light that comes with it is really bright and has a sensor for it to only come on at dark. I would definitely buy from them again.

Overall, a complete kit and parts appeared to be of good quality. Pump failed within 2 weeks; still waiting for a replacement. In the meantime, I had to buy another pump to keep my fish alive. Customer service not impressive.
