I’ve been taking this supplement for about 2 months. I bought a special pill box to set out my daily vitamins and supplements - and I haven’t missed a day since. My weight loss had plateaued after dropping over 20 pounds. To see that same number come up each morning was frustrating-no matter how much I excercised. I increased protein and reduced carbohydrates - still nothing. After 14 days of this addition to my definitely unbalanced diet, and I’m dropping 1/2 to 3/4 of a pound daily. Definitely inspiring me to keep my exercise schedule on track. I’m now 30 pounds down from where I started. My closet has gotten cleared of TWO dress sizes. These were ok, but I don't buy the ads on TV. They did nothing for me and when I called the company to ask questions, I got some hoaky answering machine message that was very unprofessional like it was in somebody's home, not a business. The never responded and it's been several months.

I started using Fruits n Veggies in the hope of being able to cut back on the other supplements I've been taking for years. I was pleasantly surprised to find that after just a few weeks, my prostate issues were much better. The only con is my veggies bottle was 6 capsules short. Update: another con is the price increase from my first purchase. Almost $20!!! I like this product, but if the price continues to increase I'm going to look for an alternative.

Why don’t they have pills, they are hard to swallow. But I been taking them for a month and I do feel a little better.

These fruit/veggie supplements are nearly identical in ingredients to that other very famous brand - Except that they don’t contain soy (which I’m very glad about)! And the capsule shells aren’t as thick, so I don’t gag trying to swallow them like I did with the famous brand. Additionally, they’re much more economical than the famous brand. Although I did NOT notice the life-changing increase in energy claimed by commercials for the famous brand - I DID notice a little more energy at the end of each day with this brand and the famous brand (after taking them for about two (2) weeks). I recommend these better-value supplements over the more famous brand.

Hello Amazon Friends! EDIT 3/10/23: As promised, I am writing whether these supplements are actually 90 capsules in each set. NO! In this second set, I had one (1) extra vegetable capsule and two (2) extra fruit capsules. Now it is confirmed…Simply Nature’s Promise has no quantity control measures in place. You may get extra, may not. There will not be the recommended amount to take at the end of each/either bottle. I want you, Amazon Friends, to know this before deciding to purchase. I wish you well🧡 These supplements ain’t cheap but are reasonably priced compared to similar products offered. I purchased this set but did not start taking them for a day or two. Just a side note… I took three vegetable and three fruit capsules as directed every day. Well, Tuesday, February 7, there were two vegetable and one fruit capsule left. Doing the math, I was missing the proper serving for 30 days. I wanted to contact the seller directly because they are a small business. I believe and support small businesses and did not want to write this in a public forum. If this happens to all, and one, two, or three capsules are missing, this company will be making a lot of money very quickly. The customers will be losing out and broke. Regarding taste…I strongly suggest taking the vegetable capsules, as directed, with a lot of water but eating just a bit. If you take the vegetable capsules on an empty stomach and burp, you will taste every vegetable in those capsules. They may be good for you, but vegetable taste is not great. The fruit capsules taste fine. Another note…I suffer from reflux and, the vegetable capsules, every once in a while, cause a little burning in my esophagus. This is why I suggested eating a little something with the vegetable capsules. I take vegetable in the morning and fruit at night. If you take fruit in the morning and vegetable at night, I still suggest putting a little something on your stomach along with the vegetable capsules. JIC… Overall, my only real complaint is being shorted capsules out of both the vegetable and the fruit bottles. Other than that, I do feel better, have more energy, and am not as hungry before taking this supplement. That being said, this is my experience. They are not an appetite suppressant, and I am not taking them for that reason. I am merely stating how this supplement is making me feel. As I wrote, I have one complaint. That complaint can potentially become a problem however, I just received my second set of capsules. I will edit once I get to the bottom of these bottles and let you know what is what. I wanted a fruit and veggie supplement. I searched options on the internet. This brand had essentially all the ingredients of other brands at about half the price. Capsules are large. But, with all the ingredients, I suspect that is true of all supplements of this type. So, I take them two at a time instead of trying to swallow all at once. I'm very happy with this product.
