The overall comfort and sturdiness of these bar stools are very good. Very easy to assemble and all the tools are provided. I haven’t experienced anything going wrong with the hydraulics when raising or lowering the stools. There are stickers that are on the bottom of the seat section of the stools and after reading previous reviews I had to laugh when mine arrived because the stickers are indeed a challenge to remove. BOUGHT TWO OF THEM AND THEY SEEM LIKE A GREAT PURCHASE AND OPERATED JUST FINE FOR A COUPLE OF MONTHS AND THEN ONE OF THEM WOULDN'T HOLD THE SEAT SETTING. EVEN THOUGH I DIDN'T BY THE WARRANTY THEY REPLACED THE DEFECTIVE ONE. SO ALL I'VE GOT IS GOOD FOR THESE GUYS.

They put the wrong seat into the box and I ended up in a very awkward situation when my guests arrived as I ordered this specifically for that occasion. The customer service is nonexistent - only email support and they will respond back in a month or so, and then will be nothing but helpful. Honestly, I wouldn't make business with them even if it cost $10. At $100+ there are so many solid options with terrific customer service. Stay away and give your business to a company that cares about its customers. Besides that, the chair is a scratch magnet - apparently, very low quality wood was used. ... show more
