We added this beautiful cabinet in our guest bathroom for extra towels and sheets. It is absolutely gorgeous and exceeded my expectations! It is solid wood (except for the very back which is particle board for easy installation), but it seems to be a lightweight wood (not sure what species of tree it came from). It is likely not something that will last generations, but I could see it lasting decades depending on how is used. If you buy this product there is only one thing I would caution, pay attention to the direction you install the bottom. While it was fairly simple to assemble, I did put the bottom on upside down which made it seem like it was manufactured wrong (the center divider was an inch too short and didn't meet the top of the cabinet, it also made it look like there was a gap in the doors). I contacted the company thinking it was a fault on their end, they got back to me quickly and let me know I installed the bottom shelf upside down. After fixing my "user error," everything lined up perfectly! I would recommend this product to anyone and everyone! It is difficult to find well made, reasonably priced items nowadays, so I am incredibly happy to have found this. For what you pay, I expected it to look a little sleeker once it was all put together. A lot of the edges aren’t even when assembled. Works enough for my purposes, but probably wouldn’t but again.

The pine used in this piece chips very very easily so when you assemble the furniture, it will certainly scratch. The finish is not done well and my cabinet had color diffferences. There is also a permanent "Danger" warning label which is difficult to take offf. I know that children can be harmed when furniture tips but do they have to warn us with a label that is almost impossible to take off! This a a cheap piece that looks ok from a distance but when you open the door and look closely, it is clear it is not worth the price. UPDATE: The smell from the wood is awful and after 3 weeks or washing, it is almost gone!!! ... show more

White cabinets arrived quickly and in heavy duty packaging. All pieces were labeled and screws/tools were in numbered packets with instructions that were easy to follow. Wood had weight but the paint left an odor that dissipated. Price was on par with comparable pressed board and other types of cabinets. They fit perfectly in the laundry area to store laundry products and cleaning supplies. We would buy from this vendor again and recommend this product. ... show more
