As the Stanley cups began to be all the rage on TikTok I looked on Amazon to see how much they cost and when I saw that price I knew I was not comfortable spending that much money on a cup, so when I saw the simply modern cup appear on my Amazon. I was very excited, it looked good and I was ready to test it out. Stanley had a real bad problem of leaking and I knew that I wanted a cup that would fit in my cupholder and would not leak and allow me to get 40 ounces of water this cup has exceeded my expectations. I use it every day and I carry it everywhere. Not only is it leak proof but along with sitting in my cupholder a really nice touch was that in the box you received two straws so when your first straw is Getting dirty you can always switch to another straw. This is the best cup. It keeps my water ice cold for almost 2 days. I haven’t put any hot liquids or anything like that in there but it always keeps my water cold and I really appreciate that on days. I’m on the go , if you are looking for a sign to buy this cup, this is it it is it holds a lot of water it’s a lot cheaper than a Stanley and in my opinion it’s better than a Stanley ... show more

If you have been wanting a Stanley cup, believe me, save yourself some money and get this cup! You will end up with a better cup than the Stanley! I have dropped/tipped over this cup a couple times and only a couple drops of water come out. If I did that to my Stanley, water got everywhere! And this cup keeps the water so cold. And if you purchase the silicone straw toppers for like 5 bucks (because ever since I saw the video going around of the spider in the straw, I have anew phobia), it keeps the water even colder! I love that these are 40ounces too. I don’t have to refill my water quite as often, with water or ice, but I am still drinking anywhere from 70-100 ounces a day. I have used a huge amount of drink holding mugs and this is the best by far. It comes in a multitude of colors (even two or more colors). It keeps my drinks cold and it is very attractive. It fits in my cup holder in my car. The straw fits tightly and easy to insert. What I love the most is that it is pretty much spill proof. The lid screws right where I want it on easily, which is often a problem with other cups. I almost panicked when I realized I left it at my dentist and they were closed for the weekend. I LOVE this tumbler! It’s perfection. It’s comfortable to hold, it fits in my car cup holder, comes in so many fun colors, the lid is easy on-off, it doesn’t leak and keeps my water cold all day. I also own a Stanley. I’ve been obsessed with my Stanley and didn’t think I could love anything more. Boy was I wrong. This is my new favorite tumbler. I think the lid is easier to screw on and off and it’s also easier to get the straw exactly where you want it. The seal around the straw is tighter so it doesn’t leak. It comes in so many more fun color options. I can’t articulate why but it’s slightly more comfortable to hold. And the best part, it’s half the price! The Stanley does slightly take the edge on insulation. I filled both tumblers with ice and let them sit out over night. In the morning the Stanley was ever so slightly less melted. The Simple Modern still has great insulation and keeps my water cold all day. Bottom line: this is the best tumbler I have ever used… and I’ve tried a lot. The color is amazing! The quality feels amazing! My favorite and most important part is that it has a silicone seal around the straw that actually works! I tested the spill - I filled it and tipped it over. It took about 2-3 seconds and a couple drops started to come out around the straw but very slow flow so there is plenty of time to get it back up and lose very little if none at all. It also really does fit in cup holders and keeps it cold all day! It checks ALL my boxes. I will probably get one in every color 😆 ... show more
