I absolutely love these little flashlights! I recharge it under the T5 light fixture I have, used for garden starts, and it works beautifully -- especially in winter. In the summer I put it on the porch railing to recharge. Of course, it can be recharged by cranking it too, and it's great to have both options. The solar panel is small, but works OK if left out in the sun for a few hours, hand crank looks and feels strong, the clip seems to be well made and works fine, good materials and craftsmanship. Lightweight, easy to operate, worth your money. The only downside is the light beam doesn't project more than about 10 feet, but this is an emergency flashlight after all and it will meet your needs when it gets dark out. ... show more
