I bought the name brand Krusty Burger set. I missed the previous releases and since they are retired I’m not sure I’ll be able to stumble across one. When I saw Joe’s Bar, I knew I could continue my Simpsons town! The only question in my mind was related to the quality and instructions. The set is neatly packaged. It’s labeled well and easy to follow along with. The pieces feel and fit together as one would hope! Much less finicky when compared to the ‘Mega’ sets which are usually clumsy. The stained glass windows are tedious BUT once complete, they pull off this vintage look that’s impressive for a plastic building toy. The inside is HIGHLY detailed. Again, tedious, but so worth it! It’s not just an empty shell. I think the way the manufacturer studied the show and produced this set is spot on! I also appreciate there are no stickers! Let’s be real, stickers feel cheap and like a step skipped on the manufacturers side. Printed pieces have and always will be my preference in that regard. This set is solid once complete. You can take off the room to look inside. The front door does not open but the back door does. It would be neat if the front door did too. But I don’t think that’s worth any sort of penalty (just my preference). Joes bar is so well done! IF you are a Simpsons fan or creating your own town , this is a piece worth getting. While it’s not the true brand, I couldn’t be happier! Oh, also, there are no mini-figures. That would be a great addition but if you have other sets or loose figures, then you could pop them in for a true complete feel. I have zero complaints. I am pleased with this brand , the idea and their execution! Bravo on this one!

This is a very nice & high quality set, from the box it comes in to the blocks that build it. This is a nice replica of "Joe's" *cough* Moe's from the Simpsons. 😁 I love all the accurate details & little furniture inside that is indistinguishable from what it's related to. These adult building sets are nice for long time block enthusiasts. I wish they named the bar "Woe's" that way you could flip the "W" into a "M" to make it more authentic 😉 👍. I loved the decorative designed box it came in; foiled in iridescent/ holographic color throughout the whole box- giving it that cartoon /Simpsons feel & charm. This is a nice set. Well worth the value for the money. I hope to soon see more popular cartoon/animation themed replicas from this brand. Overall a great set for any building block or Simpsons enthusiasts.
