I love pizza, and I have been using the pizza mode on my air fryer, and my pizza comes out brown on top and soft on the bottom. I went looking for a pizza oven, like at the restaurants, and I found this one, with a really nice design and good specs, and I had to get one to try. I was not disappointed; this one has worked out great. First off, very easy to use. I like how it is straightforward, with two minutes to preheat and a set of 8 minutes, and the pizza comes out perfectly crisp on the bottom and that nice brownness of the mozzarella on the top, just like the pizza parlors. Secondly, it works great. I like everything about this pizza oven, and the utmost is how fast it takes to cook my pizza and get to eat it. Now, the pizza box says 19-21 minutes, depending on toppings, and the oven states 10-12 depending on toppings. With my lighter toppings, the pizza came out perfect in 8 minutes, which is incredible. I also like how the rack comes out with the handle making it easy to take the pizza and slide it right off onto the serving board, fast and easy, and no chance of burning my fingers makes me feel good too. Lastly, very easy to clean. I love this one where all I have to do is pull the rack out, slide out the droppings tray, and then right into the dishwasher, and they come out looking spotless every time.     • Takes too long!
The pizza oven does not heat up like traditional pizza ovens, takes longer than 10 minutes. I prepared and cooked pizzas for a business and this oven takes way longer to cook a pizza than it should. Spend for the quality......

I returned it because it had a terrible smell like metal burning when it was used I have no intention of buying this product again other yhan thst it's was easy to control clean and use
