I had a metal frame futon when I was a teen/young adult. I was expecting aluminum brazing in structural locations like my futon. However this product turned out to be great. The middle legs are connected to the long bars by big bolts, the brazing only holds the decorations on and if they were to fail shouldn't compromise the structure. I like how the cross bars are just fitted in place with rubber grommets. The instructions are very easy and the bed only took me about 45 minutes to assemble. Another bonus is during installation the 2 long bars and their connectors (4 parts in reality) were the only parts where orientation mattered.

Only took me and my dad about an hour to put it together, easily could have done it myself, though. It doesn't creak or make noise when you lay on it. I don't have a box spring or anything, just the mattress on it, I don't think a box spring would fit

I like the challenge of putting things together, but ran into an issue with the middle brace. Instructions were a little vague on that part. I finally figured it out and finished the process. I’m a 71 year old widow and still going strong!

The bed took my 16 year old about 1 hour to assemble with some help from me after she had problems with the middle-support. While assembling the bed I realized that this bed can’t be disassemble. The middle support legs are not sitting on the floor. One leg is higher than the other. However, after putting her 8 inch mattress on and my 130lbs self sat on the bed the feet touch the floor and so far the bed seems to be stable. My daughter (90lbs) sat on the bed and the feet touched the floor so I guess it’s okay. Note: She was more than half way through the assembly so she did not want to return the bed frame. Another thing there were two dents one on the headboard and one on the foot board. She ended up making sure the dented parts were put to the back since her bed will be up against the corner of the wall and the dent on the side foot board is against the wall as well. I hope this low budget bed last her.

Got this bc needed a smaller bed for my son. He had my old bed and it was too tall. This is perfect and he doesn't need to have a box spring. There is room under for storage as well if you need it. I know there's a weight limit but my mom sat on this and she is above that limit ... nothing happened. It was perfectly fine! (Don't try this I'm just stating it holds up well 😊)

We bought three of these for our triplet girls and WOW! They are sturdy and with that comes some tight fits. I wasn't able to get everything put together by myself, I needed some extra strength from my husband, but if you take your time soon you'll be resting easy. The instructions are super easy to understand and again, wow, on the sturdy. I normally hate metal beds but honestly these may change my mind.

I have 2 rambunctious and destructive boys. These beds have held up amazingly well. I didn't expect much considering the price and had just bought these to suffice until I could get a better bunk bed, but now I plan on keeping these. They are very sturdy and very easy to put together. You don't even need your own tools as they are supplied with the bed.

Just finished assembling it three days ago and my daughter has slept on it for two nights. Took me about 45 minutes to assemble with my wife's help. Some of the screws were a tad difficult to initially thread, and the hex bolts thread if you even remotely try to over-tighten them, but I'm still very happy with the purchase for the amount of money I paid for it.
