Very efficient machine. I was able to make a sweater in a fraction of the time I would have hand knitted. Takes some getting used to but once you learn how to use it, works great.

I must correct my statement from before. In all fairness must share that it was suggested to oil the machine, I follow the instructions and is 80% better. It moves smoothly not as hard as before. The maintenance made the big difference.

I used to own a very cheap knitting machine that I hadn’t used in over 25 years. This year I pulled it out hoping to knit again, but we just couldn’t get it to work properly. As a gift, my husband surprised me with the LK150, and so far I’m very impressed. It feels solid and well made, and I already have it fully installed. I haven’t started knitting yet, but based on all the teaching and tutorial videos I’ve watched, it looks like a great machine and very user-friendly. I’m excited to start knitting soon! I will update after I start.

Please Note: if you are new to machine knitting, there is a steep learning curve but once you get the "learning" part out of the way, it is a blast.
