I wanted to like this body wash but it wasn't as effective as I had hoped it would be. The consistency is nice but it does need to be shaken it seems for the products inside to mix together. The scent is of tea tree oil, which isn't my personal favorite, but it's not overpowering. I really wanted this to work, but it doesn't for me. Full disclosure: I am a skin picker. Where my skin is healing often doesn't feel smooth after using this, as it must not have the glycerin in it that Neutrogena does. As such, it led me to more picking and then I still had backne anyway, on top of that. I think it smells great (like tea tree oil). I still use it occasionally if my skin is really agitated. But yeah, it didn't solve the acne issue for me as claimed. I used it for a few months and, in my case, I've seen improvement by switching back to Neutrogena. I didn't have issues with dispensing it, btw, as I got one of the redesigned bottles. Still love the brand, but this one was a miss for my use case. ... show more

I love this product for body acne, but strangely enough I preferred the old packaging that everyone hated. Too much product builds up over use around the nozzle now. Once I got the hang of the old nozzle it was fine.
