We had like 4 adults helping so it was quick. Once the crystals are put together and you figure out the placement. It was not terrible. This is a beautiful chandelier but assembly is required. The crystals are individually wrapped and need to be hung. The whole process from unboxing to assembly took about 3 hours. We were able to stand on the table and assemble the lighting without much trouble, but it would have been difficult to handle going up and down on a ladder. The kit came with white fabric gloves which were handy to prevent finger prints on the crystals. We love our new fixture. The photo was during the assembly process. ... show more

I am mainly writing this review for the customer service I received! The first chandelier we bought was installed by our contractor and ended up within hours of installing comp falling and shattering crystals everywhere. I can not speak on how the chandelier was installed but the customer service suggested that the wires may have been cut and that compromises the strength of the wires. They then went and sent us a pdf on how to make sure the wire locks were secure so we opted to try again and the results are beautiful!! I highly recommend the chandelier and any future purchases from this company!! A++ customer service! ... show more

This chandelier is gorgeous BUT the QR code that it provided has a video of how to assemble it with little holes to put the pieces in it but ours didn't have those holes so it made us very confused. Other than that it's a big Woow. highly recommend it. 👌
