The only compatible parts are the silicone flange's and duck things. The rest I had to throw away. The cups do not work with the motors of the momcozy. So I kept my old cups. The plastic piece that clicks in does not work with old cups because the click in piece is a triangle not circular. The duckbill thing works on the old ones and so does the round suction disc that goes in between the plastic attachment and cup. All in all it worked out. But I would of been better off buying the actual parts from momcozy and not amazon cheapy. Lesson Learned. ... show more

Having the correct size flange avoids using (and cleaning) an insert so that is nice. But I have inexpensive pumps and this pair or flanges were a significant fraction of the price of the entire pair of pumps, not totally sure it is worth it to avoid cleaning one part, since inserts did work fine for me. ... show more

I was not a fan of this product at all. My other flanges and inserts have a double silicone wall on nipple entry to protect nipple from plastic ring inside pump. I did not realize this did not have one resulting in nipple rubbing against plastic rim of pump. By the end of my pumping session I was red, with a terrible imprint reminiscent of when someone accidentally wears too tight of a scrunch on their wrist. Would not used again unless you are also purchasing some sort of insert to go into this. ... show more
