I have been looking forward to having this machine for so long. I feel like I shopped around and got all the right tools. In less than 60 days it’s NOT working. The vinyl samples are very sticky, will not cut properly and I’m fed up. I’ve purchased additional auto blades. Even tried other blades for the machine and just went out and got more vinyl. This is very aggravating and I’m upset that feel I’ve waisted my money. It keeps adding an offset in didn’t program, will Not cut card stock and just making a mess of my materials. It’s so upsetting I don’t know what to think? It should be able to cut this thin card stock. Everything just keeps having the edges jagged and having to hand trim items that should be cut with the cutter. ... show more

I gave this cameo 4 plus an honest chance.. it ate up so much of my vinyl! Getting jammed and not cutting deep enough.. After adjusting settings no doubt on an "auto blade" because it wouldn't cut deep enough on one single piece...It would jam my machine.. I have another silhouette cutter that works fab and was looking for something bigger.. what a disappointment! I got approved to send it back at no cost and the company surprised me with a huge $91 restocking fee! Shady if you ask me! Saying they looked at the machine and it was not defective! If defective then I would have kept the machine ! ... show more
