I have a 34cinch vinyl cutter and the cameo 3 . I use the bigger one for cutting larger work but use the cameo for smaller jobs . No matter what blade ivs been putting in it just won't just really intricate detail, but cuts great otherwise. I thought the cameo 4 would do the job . Its great, firmware updated as soon as it was plugged in and turned on. Worked with the software strsight away with no problems. And it cuts really small detail , to which I'm really pleased. I'm just waiting for the blades to go on sale now to buy a few just in case. The only thing I dont like is the creaky , grating noise it makes , apparently it does it with everyone of them. It's not a noise that's irritating it's just louder than the 3. Over all I'm happy with it , cs m.j e fast and great customer service . ... show more

I love my machine. Honestly, like a lot of newbies to this..I left mine in the box for DAYS! Once I started the tutorials, YouTube videos and asking others, it was so much easier to use. Once you have the basic understanding of the machine itself and how the software works, its really just about repetition and creativity! A wonderful machine! the blue tooth has connected each time. I honestly have not had any issues with this product. Only when making operator errors. Did I mention it comes with a TON of vinyl to start with? GREAT DEAL! ... show more
