I ordered this silhouette portrait 3 for my 15 year old daughter to start small projects and when we opened the box to get it set up we noticed that a lot of the items that were described in the add weren’t in the box so I had to return it back to the seller and got a refund and I had no trouble getting my refund. I just wish everything would’ve been inside the box and I wish I didn’t had to buy another cutter to my daughter because she had her heart set on this machine and her friend had taught her a bunch of things she could do with it. ... show more

I had mine for a year now and I love it! At first I watch a lot of videos to learn how to use it. Once you know how to use it and get the hang of it, it’s fun and easy! I love how small the machine is but can do a lot.

This isn't exactly what I ordered and paid for. I have instructions for a cameo 4. What I have is a silhouette portrait...white when I thought it said it was blue in color. The Silhouette Guide is for a Cameo 4 as are the Silhouette Beginner guide to Vinyl. I am unable to even set it up...I don't have the correct instructions!! I ordered a cameo 3.Please send the proper instructions and I don't have all of the paper work that you advertised with the photograph. Everything is for a cameo 4. I ordered a Silhouette 3. Great product,great company but came with a bad blade and the auto blades were all sold out so I would tell all first time buyers to buy at lest one extra blade to have on hand at all times!!!! Or you might be stuck waiting weeks to order and get blades!!
