My bundle came with everything but a quick start guide, so I had to watch videos on YouTube to figure it all out as I am brand new at this. I bought this as a X-mas gift for myself and it was fun to research all the different machines and bundles (or no bundle options) that were available. I must have lost my common sense while doing so because I was disappointed when I unboxed it. And again, this is a me problem, but the picture with all the rolls made me think that there was much more to this bundle than there was. When I realized that it was individual sheets of vinyl (and, yeah, I know it's in the title) I deflated a little. The marketing got me. :( That said, it works well and if I had purchased all the extras, I would have spent the same amount. The one thing that ticks me off is that the sketch pens cannot be used unless you have an adapter AND the adapter, weirdly enough, is not part of the bundle. Why include something in a bundle that can't be used unless you purchase the piece that is needed to use it? Again, I'm a newbie, I just want to make cool stuff, so I thought that the sketch pens would fit in the machine. The sketch pens don't have any information on them to indicate that they will not work without an adapter nor did my Cameo come with ANY information (guide) to explain (even) the set up and software install. It's like putting Ikea furniture together without instructions. The furniture itself isn't difficult with the instructions, but without it you always have a couple of bolts or screws left over and have no idea if it'll sustain standing upright. It was aggravating but now that I've shared my experience (and bought the adapter for $10.99 plus tax on Amazon) - I'm over being bratty about it. This is just an FYI for future potential buyers. Love the machine took me a while to set up but finally got it, poor customer service, I reach out because there were items missing on the package and no one got back to me, missing the pens, the vinyls and the ubs cable that they state on the description that is com3s with it but it dosent.

    • Can't use sketch pens without buying additional equipment

The vinyl cutter works great and is fine. It's nice that they offer the kit with sheets of vinyl and transper paper as well as the weeding tools. But the fact that they include the sketch pens making buyers think they will work when you open the box is misleading. Especially for people like me who are new to vinyl cutters, I just assumed it came as a kit it would work or they would include the adapter needed to use them. Not a huge deal, it can be bought for $10-20 but when I contacted the seller asking them if I am doing something wrong or if it indeed did not come with the pens they apparently have decided to not respond to Amazon messages. I would recommend this machine to people but I might steer them away from this kit and this seller. ... show more

The machine works great, however The pens that come in this bundle are for a previous generation machine (Type A) and will not fit in the tool holder (Type B). Also the added "free" designs do not work when the code is applied. Emailed seller, no response.
