The media could not be loaded. Instructions could be better! But once you get to watching videos it gets so fun! Before I used it I arched beginners videos, set it up and read the instructions. It took awhile for me to actually get used to it but once you do it’s awesome! It cuts fast and there were no scratches! It is for sure brand new. I’m a huge silhouette fan. This is an upgrade from the portrait I got a few years ago. Easy to set up and great to use. Small issue with registration marks but nothing my portrait can handle. I’m very happy with this purchase 👏🏼

I am beyond happy I’m my order ended coming literally a week early then the shipping date I received!!! It took about 30 minutes to open install all software and have it set up before I my first cut!!! This machine is a beast and I’m obsessed can’t wait to order the 4plus

    • The information with the new cameo 4 was insufficient.
Silhouette needs to develop a more detailed user's manual. The current "user's manual" with a lot more detail about how to register the machine including exactly where and how to access the machine's use and what it is capable of doing. Not long after I bought my Cameo 3 I was able to access a very nice, more detailed instruction manual. The Cameo 4 has been out long enough for you to have developed one. ... show more

Hey, I just received my Silhouette Cameo 4 Bundle and I’m amazed! Everybody knows that this excellent machine is sold for $299.99, so I was sure that the other pieces in the bundle would be garbage. Was I wrong. Everything was top notch. The pens are directly from Silhouette, the vinyl sheets are all Oracal 651, and even the hook tool, of course, was a Silhouette weeding tool! How can this company make any money??? This is probably the best deal I’ve found on my 19 years on Amazon! How do I give these guys six stars? ... show more

I came from using a cricut so learning this system has shown it's challenges. It's not as user-friendly but it does have more depth. I'm still learning off and on but I'm overall happy with my purchase.
