    • Too much money for it to not work flawlessly
I was so excited to get this. I was going to use it for lots of projects. Every single time I would cut something there would be issues. I checked everything I could to make sure it was working. Would stop in the middle of cutting, I would hit resume and it would start cutting the mat! Even the vinyl they sent should be compatible with the pre set settings, you would think it would cut how it should but I had to change settings so many times from what they were. Had to cut things multiple times, it would basically stretch the vinyl in some areas. I’m just done with the headache of it when this thing was $400. Even just trying to register and get my free designs it took multiple times before it worked. And I kept trying for months! And every single project I would just end up so frustrated. Even tried to use a free design the other day and it would not download, had me completely locked out. Their machines and website should work flawlessly for the price and it just does not. ... show more

Awesome, a little loud but it’s ok because it works great. I’ve done T-shirt’s, stickers, decals and print and cut. So far it had exceeded my expectations! Excellent bundle also. HTV Ront is an amazing off brand vinyl.
