I’m still learning to use the machine and I will say I’ve had more success watching YouTube videos rather than using the “e-book” Silhouette provides. I had to do some troubleshooting with the auto blade and thanks to another review here I was able to figure out why it wouldn’t cut through the vinyl. The bundle is great because I was able to use some of the vinyl that came with to practice on. The extra tools are helpful as well. The software is fairly easy to use and it’s not too difficult to create your own designs or purchase through the store. The bundle came with free designs plus a month subscription to Silhouette’s store with a $25 credit. Looking forward to using it more to make labels and stickers. ... show more

Delivery was a pricey item with too much open space within Amazon packaging. No bubble wrap per usual. Product better still work. It's a Xmas present. Will update on product itself if it still works.

Tutorials are available for different projects. Easy and simple to use. The bundle has everything you need to practice in different materials. I used a digital drawing made by my daughter and made a t-shirt transfer. The library that silhouette has is very complete and amazing.

My husband surprised me with this for Christmas! It arrived on time and I love it! I’m not sure why i keep getting notices that it is lost and will be arriving late.

    • Horrible Customer Service
This machine is somewhat difficult to learn to use. I do like that it has lots of capabilities. There are plenty of videos and tutorials to watch to help you learn..however-their customer service is horrible. I received free design download codes along with my machine. I could never get these to work. When I tried calling the phone number- it told me I had to "chat" with a customer service agent. I literally sat there for hours waiting for responses. There were three different customer representatives that "chatted" with me, but the issue was never resolved. I would send a message back immediately after the representative sent a message only to have to wait at least 30 minutes for a reply. If I could return the machine, I probably would. ... show more
