The press originally arrived with a broken rail. The US Customer support was outstanding, quickly answered the call, solved the problem and sent a new part with a video to explain how to install it. A week later, the press is fully operational, and I can't be happier with it.

Buyers Beware - They List this as a commercial Grade item. I purchased mine in Late April 2025. It stopped working in December. Support send videos on how to take apart and fix ourselves. Seriously? We have nothing better to do but learn how to strip wires and take apart the machine. For $800+ dollars this should be a better product with a better service plan. Going forward I will purchase three $225 lesser named brands and just throw them away when they crap out like I have to do with this overpriced one You’ve been warned!! ... show more

I absolutely love this heat press. Easy to use, doesn't take a lot of effort to open and close. Auto open feature is FANTASTIC!!! Takes a little to warm up compared to the fossil heat press I had. But worth EVERY PENNY!!
