After reading a lot of reviews, I was expecting a stronger rubbery smell to these, and was fine with it due to the price---But these had a very minor smell that was not bothersome at all...Like the smell I expect anything made of that material to have, but it wasn't strong like I thought it would be. I love these weights and have been implementing them into my program! I think they're a great deal for the price, and feel just like the weights I've used in the gym. Great quality for a steal.

I was happy with my purchase as an addition to my home gym. They also can be used on my flooring without the worry of scratching it. I was about to buy some used ones off of offer up, but these went on sale for a better deal brand new. They arrived packaged well. The dumbbells feel good in my hands and I have thick hands. The grip on them feel good. The rubber feels durable and smell like new tires. I would definitely recommend these dumbbells.

Yes, they ARE SMELLY (so are all of my other weights from Target/Dicks/etc.). But 100lbs for $100 is a steal!!! Weight is not quite accurate at 52.3lbs, but it's a matching pair. Only time will tell if they hold up or fail as some have experienced (I don't drop my weights so hopefully it won't be an issue). Some cosmetic blemishes, nothing serious. They are weights. Totally satisfied (so far).

Great weights. Packageing was good and arived with no damage. The shipping was 5 weeks, kind of long? whats up with that. On the scales the weights were spot on booth, come as a pair would not order from seller again because of long shipping time as it progressed out longer and longer. I do like them now that they are here.

Although I go to the gym to work with a trainer, as a senior, more is needed to keep muscles strong, esp triceps for me. They arrived intact even though the box was damaged quite a bit. Initially I was told, the item was returned and would be re-sent. That shipment claimed to be undeliverable too and that my $$ would be refunded. Then it was delivered in a mostly destroyed box that was retaped. The weights were wrapped in bubble wrap and there was no damage…so yea! Happy to have the dumbbells. Someday my triceps will be thankful.

I have a full set of dumbbells, but my son keeps stealing my heavier weights to use for his workouts. I had been resistant to getting him his own set because of the cost. Then I came across this set -- actually a PAIR (not just one) for less than the price I had been finding for a single 20# dumbbell. So I immediately ordered them. They arrived, and other than a pretty strong chemical smell that I assume will wear off as they air out, they look just like the ones in my full set. I like the Hex ends as they work better when you have to hold the set together for a move. There is a metal textured grip with a slight flare in the center that helps with grip. Very happy with this find!
