I bought 3 Zelen Warm Gray pieces and I've lazily copied my review from the two drawer night stand and just made a few edits -- but this is a real review and all the furniture is perfect after a few months of use... For the price and the declared materials of construction, I was expecting a mediocre piece of flat pack furniture that would show up banged up and broken. Then I expected a two month long fight to get a replacement or replacements parts. Then, of course, I expected that it would take an hour to assemble and that it would become structurally less stable every time it was moved to clean around it ... I've been down this road before, but who wants to spend $1000+ on a night stand from ABC? I'm just going to spill wine and candle wax all over it. OH MY, WAS I WRONG! This little beaut comes intact, well packed, pre-built and all you have to do is screw on the handles (handles are metal). It seems very sturdy. The veneer is an attractive gray and seems quite tough. Don't get me wrong, this is budget furniture, there's no solid wood here. But, it's just what I needed and I'm very happy I took a gamble on buying from this line of furniture on the net. Two thumbs up. This product is vastly superior to the flimsy and overpriced garbage they peddle at West Elm (I also don't fancy your chances of getting FREE SHIPPING from those muppets either). Note that this is a 7 drawer unit, the design makes it look like it has 9, but that's just the aesthetic. The bottom drawers are very deep. I had one issue with this item. It arrived with a handle missing. I contacted the seller and they sent a replacement. It took about a week but no big deal. ... show more

One drawer was only half way assembled. Another drawers track is broken and two of the drawers on the left side are broken on the bottom. Looks good on the outside but the inside of the drawers is more like particle board. Calling Ashley furniture for warranty and to have it replaced. With Covid, the delivery guys only brought it to my door. COMES ASSEMBLED AND IS HARD TO MOVE!!! ... show more

I am partial to leaving a review. The dresser itself is very pretty. I love the wood grain and the gray color-ish color, it goes great in our nursery. The drawers are sturdy and the hardware is very nice. While I absolutely love the dresser and it is very gorgeous. The manufacture (Ashley Furniture) has been extremely difficult. The dresser arrived already assembled and one of the drawer faces had a large chip in it. We tried to make it easy for everyon by just seeing if we could get a replacement drawer but apparently that is not a thing. So they had up pack up the entire dresser and ship it back so a new one could be delivered. The delivery arrived an entire week after it said it was supposed to be here which was very disappointing, even though Amazon had it marked as delivered, it wasn't in our possession at all. So we had to contact the freight carrier that was handling the shipping and they didn't even have the item in their itinerary to be shipping for another week. ... show more

I'd give this 2.5 Stars if I could. I was looking for a narrow dresser to fit into my grey bedroom, and while this product does look nice and does the job, it is not the quality I was hoping for. Fake wood, cheaply made, staples showing in back which is not a solid piece but rather a fake black backing. Also own the matching night stand. Middle drawers are double drawers, so are deep, and having 7 drawers does provide lots of storage. Overall, its probably higher quality than other cheaply made dressers, but if you shop around at local stores, can likely find something made from real wood for a similar price. ... show more

It came fully assembled, no scratches or damages. The only thing we had to do was put on the drawer handles/pulls. It’s a very nice size, color, and is sturdy. The drawers have a lot of space inside and it’s beautiful charcoal color. It’s a great dresser for the price. Would definitely recommend!

It lasted less than a month before the drawers started falling apart. The slides kept falling off. This is the only piece of Ashley Furniture I have ever had such terrible luck with. It is not made well at all.
