I am basing the 5 stars on the price and getting what you pay for. Do not expect something with the quality that you would buy from the auto maker which would be much more expensive. With that said, I bought this for my husband for Christmas. He is an auto enthusiast and mechanic by hobby. He said the installation was not too difficult. I think the seats are what they claim to be...racing seats that hug your hips. If you are a large person, these will not work for you. The seats look great in his truck and are just as pictured. They function well and so far we have had no issues. For reference, my husband and I are 5'9" and both weigh about 140 pounds. For me, I think if I were bigger the seats may not be as comfortable.

Great quality! And the function as expected. However they should have been listed as a youth seat. I’m an average sized man. 5,11 200 lbs and I don’t have a big butt. Yet it still doesn’t fit in the seat comfortably at all! I imagine that the sides will break down after awhile. But that’s not what I was looking for. I’m building a drag and drive mini truck a 91 Sonoma to be exact. Got a 600hp SBC and I’m going to be pretty uncomfortable ridding with these if I do! I bought them about a year ago give or take but I just installed them and they look great. Until I went to sit in them. So my warranty is up. But maybe I find someone looking for a smaller seat for their kids who has a decent set to trade. If not for the size they are a great seat they’re just not for adult men! That should have been clearly stated. And I wouldn’t still. E looking for a good set of lightweight racing buckets! Get em for your kids but not for the parents!

Decided to put these in my 2010 Shelby GT 500 as my model didn’t come with Recaro’s. These seats feel great! I’ve sat in Corbeau seats and these are just as comfortable. Half the price too. I used Corbeau mounts so I had to fabricate a little but easily done. I refused to pay $300+ for mounts. Shipping came from the States as well so didn’t take long for delivery.

The seats were extremely small. Very closed in feel. The guides on one side were stuck. They didn’t fit my dune buggy. But returning these were a disaster. Not worth the effort. Buy others seats elsewhere.
