Easy set up. Appears to be well made. Only slept on it one night so far, so can't rate it above a 4 until it has some time on it. Additional detail 02/13/2023: Bed is very comfortable. I read reviews prior to ordering and ordered a firm, to get a medium firm. The mattress does relax quite a bit in the first few weeks of use. It now gives just a bit when I sleep on my side to conform to my curves. Still plenty firm for back sleeping. One month in and I am very pleased. Side note, if putting into a waterbed frame, get the box springs to bring the mattress above the side of the frame. It will make it much easier to put on the deep pocket sheets. 2/19/2023 the bed did not hold up over time. It has almost no firmness now and sags so bad. It's extremely uncomfortable. I'm only 120lbs. I had tested this bed out in the store and purchased on Amazon for same price as in store but faster shipping. I will never buy from this brand again, it has been a disappointment compared to my last mattress that last 14 years. 8/7/2019 I actually recieved the 12 inch for this bed but tech support was great about helping us resolve the issue. It is very comfortable! The mattress does conform to your curves. I'm a side sleeper and my husband sleeps on his back and we both slept great! Difficult to purchase a mattress online. I looked at every review, every picture. Every place I could go to buy online, I went! It was a several month process. Ultimately I got this one on Prime Day because of the price and other reviews. It’s been a few months of use. I think it’s too firm, husband thinks it isn’t firm enough. I will likely purchase a mattress topper to make it a bit more comfortable, but I’m still deciding. A few of the other reviews mention a smell, while I can say there was definitely an odor when initially unpacked, it quickly went away. After removing all the plastic from the room/ house I’d say the smell was 70% gone already. Took shape fast! Although we did wait to sit/lay on it for 5 or so hours. I was pretty impressed they could fit it into the box. I don’t notice my hubs moving in the night but he says he can feel when I do (whiner). We have a combined total weight of 390ish pounds. That’s him, me and the giant lap dog, so far it hasn’t presented any issues. We replaced a 7year old Tuft & Needle with this, I’m not sure I’ll opt for inner springs again in future but it works for now. ... show more

Absolutely the most comfortable mattress I've ever slept on and a great value at the price point I got it for. Delivered in a vacuum bag inside a box, opened up and filled out perfectly. I'm a big guy, side sleeper, went with queen size plush.

I slept on this mattress when I stayed at an AirBnb. I noticed after 2 nights I'd had better sleep and less back aches in the morning. After I got the information on it, I went to a local store where they had all three of the styles on display and I tried them all, and a few others. But this was still the best. My husband is a back sleeper, I'm a side sleeper. I did my research and this style is the best, having the softness level in the middle. They were selling it for twice the price and charging for delivery. So I found this site online and ordered it. I was skeptical because the price was lower and no shipping and it came rolled up. They were wonderful and answered my questions within 12 hours, so I ordered it. It is exactly the same mattress I slept on during my vacation. It arrived in 3 days. It was easy to unpack and unroll. It is super comfortable, just the right softness and support. No more tossing and turning. My husband sleeps better, without moving a muscle all night.
