Chair was delivered today. First of all, tracking was a bit confusing and conflicting at first, since it was purchased through Amazon, but delivery was through a 3rd party freight, CEVA. Both Amazon and CEVA were great about answering texts promptly and Ceva did call to schedule delivery a day before and then called again when they were 5 minutes away. CEVA delivery guys were great. They could not bring the chair inside because of liability issues, which I expected and understood. We did open the box and we did a thorough inspection before they left. I live in a retirement area, so my two neighbors helped me get it into the house and set up. We are all 3 females, ages 69-79, but we were able to do it without too much difficulty. We did not need tools to slide the back on. Next I will say that the chair is exactly as I expected it to be since I had sat in it in the Ashley store. Price was good through Amazon. Shipping was free and delivery was quicker through Amazon. Lastly I will confirm that the chair swivels, rocks and manually reclines. It is very comfortable. Back is the right height for me, but may be too short for a tall person. I am happy with the chair. Other than it being delivered 3 days later than originally promised, it was an overall good experience and I feel comfortable recommending it. ... show more

My husband wanted a rocker/recliner combo and I wanted I comfy chair that looked nice. This made both of us happy! The bolster pillows on the side make it sooo cozy, plus they have storage underneath. My husband also has a bad back, and this chair gives him the support he needs. The color was true to the online photos (we got the blue) and it only took 5 seconds to put together. As a tall person, I love the size. The quality of the fabric seems excellent but we'll see if it holds up to two cats. Putting together was simple. It comes in two pieces plus the two arm pillows so bringing it inside was a breeze.
