Basically the title! I bought this dress for a bridal shower, and didn't end up wearing it as it is a bit short on me (I'm 5'10"). I have however worn it to other events, and it is very cute. The sleeves aren't the most puffy, but they do definitely have puff to them and I would say resemble the picture. The material is not see through whatsoever, which is a huge plus, and feel relatively high-quality. My only main qualm is the length. I probably should've sized up to a L for this reason. Overall, I would recommend this dress - but if you're tall, size up!
