I would give this mattress 10 STARS if I could ! Was looking for a mattress for my “futon” bed, just needed more support. It was a “bed in i a box”, and was a little heavier than I thought, so getting it upstairs required some help.. However, the set-up was upper easy. The mattress inflated as they said it would (I gave it the full 48 hours), and the rest is history! I have had the best sleep ever (using it for about 2 weeks now) and I wake up feeling refreshed, and pain free! I got it during Prime Days, so the value was extra amazing. I waited a few weeks after purchasing a full size Firm mattress to give it a good test drive. I can assure you, it's a firm and solid mattress, like it's advertised to be. It's what my back requires and I'm standing straight again instead of somewhat hunched over like I was with the one I replaced that got too marshmallowy as it started wearing out. I actually paid several hundred dollars less for this mattress than what I paid for the one I replaced and the quality and firmness of this one is more than equal. Be aware, it's a rock solid firm mattress, so if that's not what you are after I'd suggest going with the pillow top model. 5 star product and price.

The mattress is as described. It is firm and well built. Im 300lbs and I needed that extra support. Even with my weight I felt like it was a little bit too firm so I bought a 2in memory foam topper and now it feels like I'm sleeping on a cloud. I had my old regular mattress for 10 years and my back and hips were hurting me bad. Its been two weeks with my new mattress and the pain has gone away. I recommend getting this mattress and if you feel like it's too firm for you, just get a mattress topper like I did and you won't regret it.

Was in dire need of a new mattress, and this seems to fit the bill. Pretty easy, but awkward to unwrap. Loved that there was no wait period for it to fluff up, as I didn't want to spend the night on the couch with my husband! We got the delivery that brought it upstairs and took our old mattress, which was totally worth the extra $! Only four stars due to unwrapping process, but understandable. Edit: bumped up to 5 stars. Fussing with packaging was nothing compared to the amazing sleep I'm getting now! Worth it!

I bought this mattress on a prime deal. It inflated in less than a minute after I took off the plastic. My back, neck & shoulders feel better after the first night’s sleep on this medium firm. Only downside is it is heavy, but it is a mattress so I suppose that’s to be expected.

I scoured the stores all 1k+ price point and the internet including Amazon and finally decided on this one based on the clear description they gave in their header and the reviews helped as well. This purchase came with additional delivery options for additional costs that also were super affordable as well: 1. delivery inside your front doors, 2. to your room, 3. into the room, set up, clean up and old mattress removal, etc.. Prices range from $20 to $50 but not sure if that is specific to your location. The price of the mattress is so reasonable these extra fees are doable. This oder was placed Wednesday night and it was delivered before 9am on Friday. The box was just under 60" tall and very heavy. I had to get help to get it upstairs. The mattress is somewhat tightly packed in the box so I opted to pry it open carefully along the length of it by the seam to easily release it. It is wrapped in an industrial grade seran wrap that comes off easily and the second wrapper is just heavy plastic that holds the vacuum seal. I was able alone to position it onto my box spring and unfurled until I had enough to flip it to the brown bottom, coiled side down. I made an effort to flatten out the edges as much as I could, then I unfurled the rest and began with an initial puncture to the remaining plastic with the blunt end of a letter opener and immediately it began to hiss and expand! I carefully removed the plastic and it kept expanding and reached 10" within minutes!!! I tested with my hand and felt it was a good firmness but not as firm as I had hoped for but a few hours later, somehow it was considerably more firm! Joy!!! This is what I need. The top of the mattress is white, with lavender accents sculpted and gives a nice but firm pillow top feel without the plushness that can make it a miserable struggle to get up from but yet it is soft enough to where you do not feel you are on a brick. The sides are made of a dark fabric with purple thread accent patterns and faux button tufting. The whole thing is just lovely to look at. The tags say Sierra Sleep by Ashley. I will be patient and wait the 48 hrs to sleep on it. There was absolutely no weird smells, dust or bugs. Just a beautiful, firm but comfy mattress delivered on time in a fully intact box. Hoping now it lasts. Thanks Ashley for listing here thru Amazon.

The past 8 years Ive went through 3 beds each time I tried to save money buying a bed under $200. I have bad back pain and it stems from not getting adequate sleep and having due to being uncomfortable. I bought the "Signature Design by Ashley Limited Edition 11 Inch Pillowtop Hybrid Mattress". After 3 days I see a huge result when waking up sleep is a huge part of your health I advise you just spend the money and get a good bed that will last and I honestly could not afford to spend what i ended up paying but I wasnt going to gamble paying for another 200 dollar mattress only for it to fail my back. The model I purchased had a 11" "Firm" or "Plush" choice of hybrid mattress for $369 but there was a third choice and that was the 13" "PillowTop" version for $433. I spent the extra and bought the pillowtop version and spent the extra money and after 3 days theres a huge difference when waking up Im not tossing and turning Im just so happy that so far its working out. I honestly dont write reviews even if a product is good I usually dont leave a review but Im leaving this here for people who are in a similar situation and I cant vouch for any other model but I know The model I got is definitely worth it. The only question is for how long? Only time will tell and I will give Update in future. I prefer Plush over firm and although this is supposed to land in the middle at first it feels firm and i was concerned but you will be amazed how fast your body adapts. First thing i did was watch a movie and I knew half way during the movie that I was gonna be sleeping well that night. I didnt wake up exhausted and after laying down for 6 hours I woke up energized as if I had slept for 10 hours. I just pray it lasts a long time Ill pay it off within 3 months cuz i used my credit card. GOD BLESS

It's definitely soft but also has great support. Took it out of the box at 9am and slept on it at 11pm. It plumped right up straight out the box and had zero toxic smell like some of the other brands.

I don't normally review anything online, but I am so pleasantly surprised by this mattress that I felt it was warranted. I just moved to a new apartment about a month ago in a new city so I needed a mattress. I was a little apprehensive about buying one online that I hadn't tried out in person but clearly Covid19 changed a lot of things. The mattress was delivered a few days earlier than expected. The box was rather heavy and a little beat up around the corners, but the mattress was completely intact. Opening it by myself was easy; I just removed the [possibly unnecessary amount of] plastic it was rolled up in, and it popped up by itself. I honestly thought it was going to be too hard to sleep on at first, but after the first night on the mattress, my back was not stiff at all in the morning!! This mattress is very firm but not uncomfortable, no numbness in my arms during the night; I'm a 28yo, tall-ish athletic woman that sleeps on her stomach and side mostly, so support is particularly important to me. I used to have a *very fancy and expensive* memory foam mattress- you know the one. It was extremely comfortable initially, like sleeping on a cloud. But after a few months, my top complaints were: 1- heat retention [woke up sweating a lot; lived in the south where there are no seasons, only summer and summer-lite, so being hot at night was a big problem and disrupted my sleep], 2- my back pain & stiffness in the morning returned [not as bad as the POS mattress I had before the memory foam but still came back], and 3- there was no bounce [kind of hard to get out of and well, not as fun for adult activities haha]. This one does NOT have any of those issues, but like I said, it is quite firm. I recently ordered a 2 inch mattress topper that I would absolutely recommend if you like a softer, more plush mattress but still want the support and breathability with a great price point. Best of both worlds! TLDR: very firm = super supportive & stopped my back pain & stiffness. 10/10 would recommend. Get a topper if you want a more plush feel.
