I honestly wasn't sure what to expect with this couch. I compared many couches before I decided on this one. Initially, I had made the decision to go with a couch that came in a box and needed to be assembled, the reason being my hallway is too narrow to fit a normal sized couch through without damaging it while getting it in the door. But the couch I ordered from Wayfair was horrible, so I stored that away and ordered this couch. I ordered the Cobblestone color and mine came from my local Homemakers. The delivery was simple. I received it within a week of ordering it and they dropped it at my door by the scheduled delivery day & time. They didn't help take it in but I understood that would have needed to be scheduled in advance for 2 delivery people to be present. This was small enough to JUST fit it through my door but still large enough to consider it an actual couch in the traditional sense. It definitely helped that it came with cardboard and a plastic wrap surrounding it. I was able to get this through my door without damaging it. The only thing you need to do is put the plastic legs on the couch & chaise ottoman, which you do have to drill in yourself as there are no premade holes. But this wasn't a problem at all. They drilled in fine and there was no issue with damaging the plastic. It could be considered hard to do if you don't have a drill and/or you are putting them on by yourself. They do need to be held in place so they don't move. After attaching the legs I placed the cushions, which went in well. So far I haven't had an issue with them sliding around. They definitely are more on the stiff side, which I thought would be a big problem for me but I quite like it. Plus taking a nap on this couch is actually very nice and easy to do as you don't feel like you're sinking down. The back is nice and plush but not overly cushiony. The height of the couch is perfect. The length of the couch is great for a smaller room, but it's not a small couch by all means. And the width of the cushions aren't too bad either. The chaise is nice to lounge on, but if you're over 5'5" your feet will probably hang off. The quality of the couch seems pretty good. The material is a nice feel, but if you have pets it will probably attract hair. Which, if you're a pet owner, you know that hair sticks to everything anyway. One big thing for my partner and I was sturdiness, and so far this couch seems solidly built. It doesn't have a lot of give so it doesn't feel like I'm about to snap the boards every time I sit down. I like couch design, colour-silvery gray, and firmness, it was easy to assemble with makita screwdriver. I like that I’m not drowning in pillows, they are pretty supportive. Back pillows I would like to be little softer, I think I can take some filler out- there are zippers at the bottom. However, I feel disappointed regarding a few things. 1.Couch coming in one huge box. Because of that I asked delivery boys to leave in hallway on the 1st floor because it was impossible to pull on the second floor without re-assembly. We unpacked it partially, pulled pillows, chaise, and than we’re able to push it through. We- tree little but strong girls. 2.Assembly was easy- because we have Makita, just attached legs. 3. Measurement- description says that it should be 88 inches long,however, it is just 83. How come? Where is my 5 inches? I properly measured my space and count on it. 4. There is a little damage on one side of arm holders, hope will fix it with some stickers or something else. I’m sitting now on my new couch and writing this review, feels really comfortable, and my kitty likes it. ... show more

    • Comfy couch with reversible chaise
I actually saw this couch first at a Jennifer Convertible's showroom and after checking furniture stores in the NYC area, Amazon had the cheapest price when including the delivery charge. The delivery was scheduled between 3-6pm and when no one showed up at 6pm I called the CEVA customer service. I spoke with a pleasant woman who apologized for the delay and told me the delivery guy would be there in 30 minutes. He showed up at 6:30 on the dot. I live in an apartment building and was nervous that the "threshold service" meant he would just leave it downstairs but luckily he brought it straight to my door. The couch was a lot larger than I remembered and it almost couldn't fit through the door but the delivery guy helped me disassemble the couch packaging in the hallway. Then he somehow maneuvered the couch into my foyer and let me use his dollie so I could get my couch to my living room. He was very patient and very helpful -I was impressed by CEVA's customer service during the entire delivery process. In the end the couch looks great in my apartment and is very comfortable to sit or lay on. The chaise can go on either the left/right which I didn't realize when I bought it. I ordered this couch for my apartment. I was looking for something with the chaise lounger but something that was small enough to fit in an apartment. This is perfect! It took about a month to arrive and came packaged up in one box. There was some assembly required on the legs. The screws for the legs did not have holes in the wood so you have to drill them yourself. Another downside was the delivery guys said they charged per step after 7 steps so it would be another $35 to have them move it up the stairs. I wish I had known about the extra cost beforehand so I would have had cash. I ended up pushing up the stairs myself. The chaise is shorter than I would have liked, about 4ft long. I am 5ft. 9in so my legs hang off the end. You can fit 3 people comfortably on the couch. When I sit on the couch, the cushion comes to the back of my knees. The cushions are stiff at first but after about a week of usage, they soften up and it becomes a very soft and usable couch! ... show more

I’ve had this couch for 3 years. Just me, my husband, and cat the first two; added a puppy for year 3. The good: This couch is just as comfy as when I bought it. You can take the material off to wash it. Very pretty. The bad: The material shows marks so easily! One drop of water and you’ll have a ring until you pull the cover off and wash it. No spot cleaning here! The cushion covers are SO hard to get off of the long cushion. The zipper came unsewn on one cushion by year 2. Attracts and holds on to pet fur like you wouldn’t believe. Cusguovs need to be tucked back multiple times a day. Ultimately it’s a good short term couch or a couch for a room that doesn’t see a lot of use. Otherwise it becomes a hastle. ... show more
