Bought this piece and 2 matching nightstands. It looks great, is heavy and well-made, and really loved that we didn't have to put it together. We did have to bribe delivery team to bring it into bedroom, lol. My only complaint is that in all pieces, there are drawers that are so shallow they're really not useful for much. Then the other, deeper drawers are SO deep that in order to get to stuff on the bottom you have to either empty the drawer or mess up everything above the item you want. I was pretty nervous ordering this after seeing all the reviews about it arriving damaged. Mine arrived in perfect shape (side note: I wish Amazon offered delivery to room of choice, even if extra fees apply). We needed to enlist outside help to get it up the stairs, but it looks awesome, and is fully functional. It is solid and sturdy. I love it! ... show more

I have had this dresser for just over 30 days (32). I called yesterday (day 31) and explained that the slide on one of the big drawers just snapped off. The woman I spoke with gave me two options: a 35% refund with a replacement part to fix it myself or a replacement dresser. She said she could call me back later so I could discuss with my partner. No call back. I call them again the next day (Day 32). Different woman with a different offer: 50% refund or they can send a replacement dresser. However, I was to take it out of the box and put the damaged one in the box and return it. This dresser is a monster - it’s heavy! Plus, I’m supposed to pay for that?? Don’t get me wrong, great dresser. But the pics I posted are the screws that were holding the slide onto that heavy drawer. The depth of those screws are what you see there. The damage is from clothing sitting in that drawer. ... show more

There is nothing to dislike about this beautiful chest! It’s exactly as described, it’s very sturdy and a large chest! I love it! I ordered this chest and the matching might stand and wanted the bed and dresser but that was not available yet. I hesitated a lot to order a piece of furniture like this through this site. I was afraid it would arrive damage, or that it wouldn't even be as advertised.     • Not worth the money. Be prepared to fix and tighten it up and live with the damage.

After three months NO offer has been Made to compensate for the damage. The product was darker than the picture. The box and the product were damaged. I had to repair the drawers myself. The rails were messed up because the screws got caught up. The side of the dresser became dislodge from the base. I was able to fix the drawers and re align the side and base. Rails lost little ball bearings. There is a scratch in the upper corner. It looks good and I fixed it all. Not what you want for an expensive piece of furniture. But, I wanted this one. ... show more

Heavy, mostly solid wood piece of furniture. Fits together well and appears it will last many years. The color is a little darker than represented on the Amazon page but it works with the decor of my room. Drawers and barn door are aligned and smooth to operate. A word of caution: "Room of choice" delivery may not mean that depending on who is contracted by Amazon. XPO Logistics was the company used for my delivery. Bought this with it being on sale and having a coupon. Ashley wanted $1600. Bought from Amazon for little over $600. I had previously bought the rest of the suit from Ashley. Wish I’d went through Amazon. Furniture is heavy and sturdy. Good stuff
