    • Box showed up damaged
Box was pretty beat up was worried the dresser was destroyed when delivered. Luckily no major structural damage but a few cosmetic blemishes as result. One of the drawers is hard to open and close other than that decent dresser.

I have had this dresser for just over 30 days (32). I called yesterday (day 31) and explained that the slide on one of the big drawers just snapped off. The woman I spoke with gave me two options: a 35% refund with a replacement part to fix it myself or a replacement dresser. She said she could call me back later so I could discuss with my partner. No call back. I call them again the next day (Day 32). Different woman with a different offer: 50% refund or they can send a replacement dresser. However, I was to take it out of the box and put the damaged one in the box and return it. This dresser is a monster - it’s heavy! Plus, I’m supposed to pay for that?? Don’t get me wrong, great dresser. But the pics I posted are the screws that were holding the slide onto that heavy drawer. The depth of those screws are what you see there. The damage is from clothing sitting in that drawer. ... show more

I have been researching this dresser and complete bedroom set for months. The reviews are high and it was always sold out everywhere. I placed an order for the headboard and 2 night stands from an online furniture company in June and 2 months later I am still waiting. When I saw the dresser available on Amazon, I decided to capitalize on it. The price point was excellent compared to other sales. We ordered it and was amazed that it was delivered within 5 days! The dresser arrived with 2 cracks- one in the back (didn’t bother me) and a slight crack in the front ( I could use wood filler and problem solved). The wheel on the barn door had a piece broken off, but was able to slide the door to open and close. So I can accept and deal with all the mentioned items, but the deal breaker for me was the color. The pictures on the website looks white and grayish. The color is actually like a white antique color that is more on the reddish side. It did not match my home decor and house trimmings. I was deeply disappointed. It is a beautiful dresser, but the color is not what is pictured. If you are looking for bright white and gray finish, this is NOT it. Luckily, I was able to return the dresser with no problems on Amazon. I also canceled the rest of the bedroom set from the other online furniture company thanks to lessons learned from this dresser. ... show more

There is nothing to dislike about this beautiful chest! It’s exactly as described, it’s very sturdy and a large chest! I love it! I ordered this chest and the matching might stand and wanted the bed and dresser but that was not available yet. Great piece! Great price and delivery way faster than buying at the furniture store. The only reason I took a star off is the smell. We left it in the garage for over a week and then it STILL smelled for several more weeks inside; couldn’t even put clothes in it! But now that the smell is finally gone, it’s really nice! ... show more

This dresser is exactly what I was hoping for and more! It's so much more spacious than I thought it would be. I love the style and figured I might have to sacrifice being able to fit everything in it, but I don't have to! The half-drawers are perfect for my underwear, socks, and sports bras. The shelves behind the little door hold my shaped bras and accessories. The 2 huge drawers at the bottom hold shirts, pants, shorts, etc. It's great! ... show more

Gorgeous piece!!! I would have given five stars ⭐️ if mine didn’t arrive with a broken bottom drawer - I was able to fix it myself with some ingenuity but not sure how it will hold up. This is the real deal though, so sturdy and beautiful.
