Seriously, don’t buy Ashley furniture from the Ashley’s retail stores. We found this at an Ashley store and it was on a great sale at the store, with delivery it was just a bit over $3,000.00. I thought I would just look online to see if I could get it cheaper…Ashley has a store on Amazon, with free delivery, exact same product and brand new, not refurbished or used, I got it for $1,000.00 cheaper, $1,000.00!!!! Set up was a breeze, the manual was mostly useless, but it’s easy to figure out. I Google’d how to take off the back of my old loveseat and it was the same as this new one, just in reverse. The quality is exceptional, it all works perfectly. The shipping took less time than expected, they just delivered it in front of our garage. We were notified it had been delivered, so we opened the garage, brought it in and opened the box. My husband is 70 and I’m 67 and very active, we had no problem bringing in most of the component parts. We used a hand truck to bring in the bottom seats that are already put together on rails. Brought it in the room, laid it down started connecting the electrical plugs together with the backs to the bottoms, clicked the backs in place, plugged the back electrical cords onto a power strip and sat down and enjoyed the loveseat. (The middle back section is in a zipper pouch under the bottom section, get that out before you set it down.) It has storage on the two arm rests and the middle, cup holders on each arm and 2 in the middle. USB-C for charging on each arm, plus heat, massage, head adjustment and recline. The lights under the chair are nice, also magazine storage on the outside of both ends. The quilted leather is soft and comfortable, the seats are firm and supportive, yet comfy. I can’t tell you how nice it is to get quality furniture and save $1,000.00!!! This is Ashley’s top tier furniture, but well worth it for us because we will sit in it most nights to watch tv. We bought two and three chairs sofas. These were about $1500 cheaper than the local furniture stores. These are very heavy, so make sure to have two able body individuals ready to help move these in to your location of choice. Delivery came through CEVA on one and NSD for other. They both came sooner than actual delivery date w/o advance notice. NSD driver actually dropped it off in our foyer though it was to be dropped off on the first dry area of the house. CEVA guy left it on the front porch since we weren’t there and it came three days sooner than actual delivery date. These pieces of furniture are heavily packaged that includes three layers of inner packaging consisting of nonwowven cover on entire pieces. Then cushiony material but not the bubbles wrap kind, way more durable than that and then about 3 mil plastic film. Then all these are inside a very heavy gauge corrugated box that has extra inner cardboards. Vey well packaged. I was worried about damage during delivery but these sofas did well. Once opened, you will find seat backs on top of the seats separately inside the woven bags. Assembly was a breeze. It took longer to open these than to assemble it. It’s just snap and go for seat backs and connect the air hoses and electrical connections and you are done. Product itself is made by Ashley and imported from Vietnam. The quality, comfort and workmanship of these sofas is excellent. We bought the ones in Black and they look and feel amazing. Heated seats and massage are really comfortable. It does heat up very well. Design is very nice for these large and heavy sofas. I would definitely recommend anyone to buy these off the Amazon then the local furniture store. This is a great couch it is very firm on a level 1-10 firmness is an 8 for the lumbar region especially You will not sink on this couch It is very sturdy couch is construted in 4 parts 1 the bench the other 3 are back rests which snap in Massage is nice and strong Heat is fast and warm Adjustments are amazing on recline and back rest 1 flaw is having the controls on the inside so if you forget a usb cord it may snap when sitting down Tons of storage 2nd flaw its sturdiness does not alow much space for clean up in between the couch folds 3rd it is very heavy drivers will not bring in or help pay the 99$ and have it professionally installed Other than that I was able to snag 2 on a prime deal for 1435 each which was a no brainer ... show more

I hate to give this couch a 1 start review because the couch itself deserves 5 stars, I’d give it 6 if I could. I ordered 2 of these on November 29th, only 1 showed up and the other was lost. How you loose an almost 400lb couch is beyond me but after a ton of hassle I got a replacement sent out. It was sent out with a different transport company that is worse than the first one. The second couch also appears to be lost at this point and it’s January 9th now. The couch is amazing and my wife loves it too (she was initially opposed to buying this). It’s the Cadillac of couches but Amazon is shipping it with companies that likely only exist because of Amazon and otherwise would be out of business. The mishandling of this order will assure that I never order another piece of furniture off Amazon again. I highly recommend this couch, just buy it somewhere else and save yourself the nightmare. On a side note, getting this through the door in the box requires a 36 inch doorway with no obstructions (like a storm door piston bracket), it will almost touch both sides of the doorway. Assembly is pretty simple and the couch backs are in the box, you will have to snap them into place. The box dimensions are about 3 feet by 3 feet by about 7 feet (not exactly but very close). There are 3 plugs that have to go into the wall so you will need to have a double gang outlet box with 3 receptacles available or buy a surge strip or outlet adapter if you don’t have that. If you have a hardwood floor as I do, I highly recommend buying rubber friction pads for the feet to prevent sliding. If you decide to buy from Amazon I was told by the first shipping company that they cannot deliver it into the house if it’s not in the box (for some reason). Just know that if you don’t have a 36 inch doorway and want to take it in the house in pieces you will probably have to do that yourself and will probably need more than 1 person to do it and some dollie’s, it’s very heavy. Update: 1/18/25 The replacement couch that was sent got sent back by Amazon before delivery due to heavy damage. A new replacement couch was sent out and finally delivered on 1/18/25. The shipping company, begins with an R and ends with an O, did not want to bring the couch in the house and insisted on dropping it off in the driveway. After telling them it was supposed to be delivered inside and showing them one was already in the living room they finally agreed reluctantly to bring it inside. I’ll never buy another item off amazon that requires freight service again. Amazon picks the cheapest delivery service and you get what they pay for. It’s just not worth the savings to deal with these frustrating, careless and incompetent companies. ... show more

Looked at this sofa in the store, decided we wanted it and then came to Amazon to buy 2 of them for THOUSANDS cheaper than the store. We had the sofas a week and a half after ordering, though they were at the local warehouse within 2 days. Sofa is very comfortable and has many bells and whistles (electric raise and lower for feet & head, massage, phone chargers built in, storage, many cup holders). RXO out of Richmond VA is fantastic! They not only brought both sofas in but they unboxed them, set them up for us and took away all the trash. These sofas are very heavy, so we were happy to tip the guys for doing this for us, as they had stated that they were only required to leave them on our front porch. First the good, and it's a lot. This piece was well packaged, and it arrived in perfect condition despite the obvious abuse taken by the outer container. Unboxing took some time, but in this case that's a good thing. Setup was straightforward, and let me just say the pictures don't do it justice. It's a beautiful piece of furniture, and it feels wonderful, from the quality upholstery to the supportive cushions and the heat and massage. Only one thing keeps me from giving it five stars: Ashley apparently expects us to occupy FOUR electrical outlets for this single two seat piece of furniture. Each side has its own power supply and control unit with its own cord, and the LED lights receive power from a truly epic power brick that simply can't be plugged into a standard two outlet fixture without blocking the second outlet. The safety notices advise, in all caps, to not use an extension cord. Ashley, can you work on power distribution please? We all have other things in our living rooms that we also want to plug in. ... show more

We saw this same recliner at Ashley store and fell in love with it, but it was too expensive over 3,000.00 .Looked it up on Amazon and bought it for almost 1,500.00 less plus the extended warranty. We highly recommend this recliner. The massage is so gentle plus the heat is very comfortable not too hot .the head rest and feet rest work very well .The only problem was delivery you Must have help bringing this into the house there is no white glove delivery available. They will drop it at your front door at that's it. But we were able to bring it inside with three of us helping. But Ashley delivery was 600.00 and not worth it. If the delivery people had not been willing to bring it to the door, it would still be out in the snow. They delivered it right before a snowstorm. Thankfully, the men set it at the door. We pulled it inside on the cardboard after carrying the loose pieces inside. It took 2 people very accustomed to moving to get it inside. The set up once inside was quite easy.
