We were looking for a cuddle chair to set near the fireplace in our master bedroom. This is a large chair but fits in our space very well. The color was as expected and the pillows are good as is we may switch out depending on the bedding used. Heads up! I knew to check the front door to make sure we could get it inside, but forgot about the stair landing and the bedroom door, so make sure you measure all. It worked by taking our door off the hinge of standard 32” doorway. Also the swivel base comes off and reattaches easily if you need a little extra space. Also that’s good if you don’t want the swivel. It was hard to find any of the barrel chairs without swivel. I’ll upgrade to five stars if the seat cushion holds up well after we’ve used it awhile. ... show more

This chair is ginormous! It's probably too big for our living room. But...it's soooo comfy that we still love it. Everybody wants to sit in it as soon as they see it. It's very high quality with great pillows. I wish the color was a bit more beige. I though it would be warmer based on the photos. But it's probably just my screen settings. It's definitely more of a cool gray. Extremely cozy. But huge! I paid extra to have them set it up in the room and immediately take it away if we decided not to keep it. That was the option. But when they delivered it, they were out of here QUICK. Because they did not want to take this giant thing back out. So I didn't have much time to think about whether it fits in here. I was sure this was going to be too big for this space. It is very large. However, it's a low profile so doesn't seem abnoxious. Our entire family loves this thing from reading to video games to little naps. The material is soft and the swivel is very smooth. I didn't like the black pillows and I turned around the designed pillow (looks like the '80s) and the back side is beautiful, soft and in the same material as the chair. ... show more
