The dresser showed up damaged. The delivery company was terrible and would not take it back even though I asked them too. Amazon sent another one that was again damaged. The first dresser is taking up space in my garage waiting to be picked up. The second dresser is damaged, but not as bad. My daughter really wants to keep it, so we will have to spend time repairing the tracks etc. Amazon should offer a discount if we decide to keep it. $600 is a lot for a cheaply made dresser. I loved the dresser. I was worried that there would be damage to the dresser when the shipment arrived. The box on the bottom was torn open, so I opened the box on the bottom and checked everything before the delivery person left. However, I did not check the top of the dress until after the delivery person left and I found the dent in the front of the dresser. I called Amazon and basically the only course of action was return, drop off and fix at an Amazon center or a credit of $100.. I took the credit since the other 2 options were more challenging. The first one showed up with a big piece torn off the top edge so I entered a return and they sent a replacement. Aside from having a couple handle screws missing, I do love this dresser! It matches the Ashley headboard I had gotten and has a lot of storage. It's tall too. It is heavy and awkward to carry. They are suppose to pick up the damaged one..but still waiting for that. ... show more

it came broken on the lower right corner. I had to pack the supper heavy dresser back in the box for return. It was a hassle. Very disappointed.

Dresser came in cracked from the bottom front left. Also two drawers are uneven, wheels that make the drawers come out are broken.
