I am a big fan of this dresser! It is exactly like the pictures and much deeper than I expected given how narrow it is. The two middle drawers have two handles on them to give the illusion of a nine-drawer dresser, but it is only seven. My complaint with this product is the shipping. Amazon didn't get the delivery date right whatsoever and it took two weeks longer to get to me than I was initially told. I was concerned about needing to be home when it was delivered and talked to customer service about this twice. They were nice but unable to give me a definitive answer. Eventually, I received an automated voicemail from a delivery company I'd never heard of directing me to a website to pick out a time and date. I never picked a delivery window and a few days later I got another call telling me that the delivery driver was outside my door needing me to sign for the dresser (I wasn't home, or close to home to be able to do this). They ended up leaving it on my porch, which was okay. As it turns out, they outsourced the delivery to a large item delivery company. The dresser did arrive in one piece and didn't have any damage to it. It all worked out in the end, but getting there was a bit of a hassle. ... show more

I love this dresser! It is so sturdy and beautiful. The drawers are nice size. And a big plus…didn’t have to do anything but install the hardware. Do yourself (and your back!) a favor, though, and have a helper help bring it in the house. It is incredibly heavy for a one person job.

This is a product that looks wonderful online and in the showroom. The showroom piece appeared well crafted but we are now highly suspicious that it had been specially reinforced for showroom use. Certainly can't prove that but we just had our chest of drawers delivered and the poor quality was immediately evident. So disappointing after excitedly waiting for delivery. We noticed right away that 4 of the 7 drawers did not close flush with the chest and the spacing between the drawers and from top to bottom was noticeably inconsistent. After removing all of the drawers we found that every single track on every drawer had loose, broken and missing mounting screws, making the tracks and drawers uneven and difficult to open and close. The drawers in use range from loose and wobbly when opening to so tight they need to be gently forced. You can expect to have to remount at least some if not all of the tracks and hope that the mounting wood doesn't shred due to poor quality. Overall, the quality and look of this unit is very poor and we are deeply disappointed. We do not recommend this unit. ... show more

The dresser showed up damaged. The delivery company was terrible and would not take it back even though I asked them too. Amazon sent another one that was again damaged. The first dresser is taking up space in my garage waiting to be picked up. The second dresser is damaged, but not as bad. My daughter really wants to keep it, so we will have to spend time repairing the tracks etc. Amazon should offer a discount if we decide to keep it. $600 is a lot for a cheaply made dresser.
