    • Good value for money, packed well
Review Image by Kyle
I believe this dresser is a really decent value for the money. I bought both the dresser and the end table, the dresser portion cost $300 at the time of purchase. I assume if you are reading reviews you probably did what I was doing. I was trying to find a decent dresser that I could use in my house that was not preassembled and didn't cost an arm and a leg. I was looking for something that would decently hold up for a few years. I had some worries that the item I got would be extremely heavy and returns would be a nightmare. So I hopelessly scrolled through the many off brand companies with 'fly by night' names. I chose this one because I knew Ashley furniture should be at least halfway decent and the price wasn't bad at all. That being said, I don't really understand all the other reviews. Some of the reviews were comparing this as it was going to be some heirloom furniture that they would pass down for generations. I think if you temper your expectations this is a very good value for what it is. The unit comes flat packed and extremely well padded and secured. Mine came through flawlessly and I watched the person delivering it for the most part drop it on its side on my deck stairs. The wood is not solid, nor should you be expecting that at the $300 price point, however the construction was lets say more thoughtful than I have seen some in the past. It wasn't the best but everything was in its place, drilled correctly and I had no problems through setup. Keep in mind that this is particle board and during some points before things are secure you need to be careful. Yes the back is a condensed piece of cardboard but when tacked in it makes everything much more structurally sound. The drawers do only come out so far, I am assuming this meet some sort of new regulation. It appears that all the dressers I was looking at do this and I don't think it is a deal breaker. I do like that the drawer slides are pre-installed and that they are perfectly straight everything came out even and looking great. One thing that I would have liked to see them redesign would be the drawers and how they are put together. They use this sort of hook that is designed specifically for particle board where is destructively hooks in to make a connection. I don't think this is the greatest way of putting these together, however on the other hand I don't get the sense like anything is going to fall apart. The screws that hold the drawers in a pretty short so getting them to attach to the slides can be a little tricky and the slides are a bit sharp on the edges so care should be taken. Otherwise I am completely happy with the purchase. If you are looking for a decent dresser from a company that actually has a name that is known this may be the right choice. If I needed any more pieces I would continue to order the items from Ashley. ... show more

    • Good bang for the buck
Color: Beige
Very easy to assemble, even with no help. Slightly fragile though, you need to be very careful when nailing the back panel on or you might break it. I'd suggest either screwing the "nails" they provide in or just buying some other very small screws instead. The drawers definitely would be better if they extended a bit more, but it's probably fine as is. Overall, it's really nice for the price point and should last a long time. ... show more

    • Do not buy this dresser
Color: Beige
I saw this dresser online and thought it was very nice, but in person there is so much chips in the dresser & the drawers aren’t lined up well. Some drawers don’t even close all the way. I should have listened to the reviews. Storage is very small also. Do not recommend.

    • SUCH a nice dresser
Review Image by Jewel Christensen
My partner and I bought this dresser and the matching night stands in our bedroom upgrade. The assembly was very easy — just pay attention to where the front and back is. Doing the nightstands first made putting the dresser together way easier. The dresser seems to be very sturdy and has a ton of shortage space. The drawers do not come out as far as you might hope given the depth, but that’s not a deal breaker. We love how clean it looks and it brightens up our “millennial grey” aesthetic 😂 ... show more

When I bought it there was no reviews yet, so I had high hopes but at this price, let’s be realistic . As you can see from the picture there is nicks and discolored spots . The drawers open about 1/4 to half way, the drawers are a decent size but the opening is really small. Some drawers when closed also come further out, so it’s not flush . With all that said it still looks nice . It’s not amazing but at this price . I think it’s good . ... show more

    • Missing parts, drawer opening small
Color: Beige
Review Image by Natalie Hayes
The overall look of the dresser is nice and has a real wood look finish. However when trying to assemble we had to go buy missing screws. After finishing putting it together, we realized the major disappointment is that the drawers only open half way. You get about 6 inches of immediate access and the rest of the drawer is tucked inside. The slides come preassembled onto the panels so you can’t adjust them. We thought it was a mistake. It’s not. Just getting this dresser. It’s what we should’ve expected for $185 ... show more

    • Looks great for the price
Color: Natural
I bought this dresser as well as the matching pieces for one of my guest bedrooms that is rarely used. It looked so good that I actually swapped it into my other guest room that gets the most use. It was a little time consuming to assemble but not difficult.
