First off the 3 stars are not reflecting at all on the seller or Amazon, there was confusion on my part when ordering. Somehow in doing a search for a reclining LOVESEAT I got to this? I don't know if it was through the "others looked at" or what. The picture is of an angel that makes it look much smaller, and I assumed with 2 seats it was a love seat The description of a 2 seat reclining sofa, just fooled me, I should have looked at the specs. All these love seats are about the same size and just missed it. To my surprise when it was delivered its a full size sofa and is 90" long. Now it doesn't fit where the love seat was supposed to go and I've just returned from spending another 800.00 on an actual love seat locally. I will never order furniture online again, without looking, siting on it first. There's just so much to look at online, and it's easy to get confused and I made a 635.00 mistake, that has forced me to use this sofa in place of one that is perfectly good, but I don't have room for both. As for the product. The first thing I notice is when sitting straight up, if you're not 6'5" tall your feet will never touch the floor. I'm 5'10" and the seat cushion area is so deep that my knees don't even reach the front of the seat cushion leaving my feet dangling off the floor. Without a substantial pillow behind me I can't sit straight up on it. The arms are very low and you can't lean into them if sitting on an angle without a pillow in the corner. It seems well built, but is a a bit saggy/flimsy in the middle when it's carried, I'm guessing that may be normal for a large sofa with only 2 recliners. The material is nice and soft but doesn't breath well, leaving you feeling like you're sitting on a heated seat in a car. I would only recommend this if it's going to be against a wall, as the 2 halves never line up with each other when looking at them from the rear. There's also a fair amount of framing on the bottom that can be seen from the back The first night I used it I reclined it and hit the wall with the back, and the following morning noticed a scuff down to a white material, so I don't know how durable this would be if this is your main piece as far as durability. The goods... Well, having half of the entire sofa recline is very cool, and gives you a lot of room to move around. So from a comfort standpoint it's very very comfortable and that's the only reason this even gets 3 stars IMO, due to the small arms and non-breathing material. It looks nice although the seating area and foot rests are very plain and having a 90" piece it's pretty dull looking. Unless that's your thing, have some large decorative pillows ready to break it up. I've just spent another 100.00 on pillows to try and salvage this mistake, but think it will look nice once staged. This is not a piece that will be used much for me, so I think it will serve my purpose, give my living room a change (although unplanned), but fresh none the less. So as for the seating area issue and the overall looks of it, I would NOT have bought it had I sat on it first, and will never shop furniture online again! ... show more

    • couch backings were made backwards
I hope you got the pictures of the couch i want to tell you its a very nice couch i even separated my shoulder to try to fix it the cushions are backwards and when they fit you have a blank material and a shiny bracket which makes it worse. i am just asking what kind of credit would you give me to keep it i found a upholsterers that can work on it . Just asking that's all ... show more

Love it! Recliners are perfect fitting and very comfortable. The look of the faux leather is rich looking. I would recommend. The only problem I had is when they delivered it you have to help getting it in your home.

The couch is nice looking, delivery went ok except the gentlemen who delivered couldn’t speak English so we couldn’t communicate well, they did a good job though, couch is listed as being faux leather. It isn’t. It is microfiber. If it had been listed as that I wouldn’t have purchased as I have a dog and two cats. So the description is very misleading. ... show more

We bought two of these sofas for our great room. They were comfortable, and though we thought they could be wiped down like regular leather; they turned out to be fabric instead. We still decided to keep them. This tear in the headrest appeared less than two weeks after we bought them. We called to find out what to do since we paid the extra $49 for the extended warranty. They told us they would send us a new back. Instead we got a piece of fabric that it would take a seamstress to fix. Our other option was to take it apart and try to box it back up in the beat up boxes they came in - which after a week we had gotten rid of. Now the fabric split on the other headrest of the same couch! We have bought Ashley furniture for twenty years and never had anything like this happen! We can’t fix it and we can’t send it back. We are extremely unhappy and feel like we’ve been stuck with a lemon! I guess we now understand why we always used a furniture store in the past instead of Amazon. ... show more
