okay, I have hooded oily lids. typically only primers from a pot worked well for me, however every brand that was my goto has phased out primer pots in lue of tubes which do not work for oily eyelids. I prefer my shadow looks stay in place for a minimum of 12 hours without creasing; this does the trick! make sure your eyelids aren't oily before applying though, or it will crease within minutes lol thats not a product issue, that's a me problem with coconut oil getting on my lids because it's the only moisturizer which doesn't cause my skin to become irritated so be warned (coconut oil also removes all make up typically so it just makes sense)

First time I used this I put it on way too thick. You only need a little touch in a few spots and then blend it in. It lasts all day, and my eyeshadow that I put on top does not crease. I've also just used the primer base on it's own. It's not much of a color, but it's just enough.

I have SO many eyeshadow primers. I would list the brands but I’m not sure I’m allowed. For the most part I haven’t noticed a difference really. By about 4:00pm the eyeshadow looks smeared and faded. This stick worked better then everything else I have. I love that if I’m in a hurry I can just wear this as a fast eyeshadow. The shadow does seem to last longer and I appreciate that:)

Love this eyeshadow primer, works great to keep eyeshadow looking perfect all day. The only issue is the first time I used it, the tip broke off. I didn’t advance the tip any further than how it came, and it still broke. Other than that, it’s a nice product.

I use my fingertip to gentle rub the top then apply. Found using directly on my lid was too harsh. Keeps shadow on all day!

This is a pretty good eye primer but I just don't think it's better than some other or even drug store alternatives. This reminds me mostly of the e.l.f. putty eye primer. They have a very similar texture and feel on the eye, they are both dry and a bit troublesome to blend out properly. Once this is blended out it performs pretty well. My go to favorite is the UrbanDecay primer potion. Both for personal use and on clients. This is a bit hard to use on clients and the pen is a bit messy at times. I waste more product scraping it off and using it on clients than I do using a liquid eye primer. Over all this is an okay primer. It does what it says it does and nothing more.
