We got these to line walkways and steps. They are a bit brighter than other deck and sidewalk lights. Seem to be made well. Being solar we didn't have to run any wires. Like that they have 2 light modes, the cool white or the warm. These lights are worth the money. Bought these to mark driveway entrance at night. They work well, but I downgraded a star because the screws to fasten them to wood are too small and they could be easily pulled out by low life passerby.

Installed these as a driveway entrance marker after a friend missed the driveway entrance during a foggy night and ended up down an embankment. Excellent visibility as the side markers are easy to see as I mounted them on top of the curb with the supplied anchors and screws.
