I hate to write a bad review especially for a small company, but the people they ship the product with are horrible! They brought the car to the bottom of my building and refused to move it upstairs and the chairs weight over 100 pounds. The guy who delivered it had a handheld forklift and easily moved it but refused to help me at all, I had to pay a random guy I found at the gas station to help me move it. The chair doesn't do all the motions it says it does and it's unstable for bigger people. Overall would not recommend you buy this item. ... show more

I loved how inexpensive the chair was but bottom line, you get what you pay for. We have some larger patients ( still less than the advertised weight the chair will hold ) and they have bent the arms of the chair in the first few months. The whole chair rocks when you sit down and feels unstable. Would not buy again. ... show more
