Just wrote big long review and had to start over so gonna be alot shorter. I was a little skeptical about this camera setup because of the price. I am very satisfied with my purchase. Great night vision so clear way better than my extensive security cameras at home. Easy and quick to install and setup. Makes me wanna buy more even though I don't need them. I definitely will recommend to everyone. This is going to be my go to baby shower gift everytime. Once I hit buy now I received it within a day or two. The media could not be loaded. I like this because i don’t have to use those annoying mirrors that you can put in the backseat. They get in the way and are annoying at night. I love the camera and the monitor. The monitor isn’t huge, and it folds away. And when it’s folded up, it’s barely noticeable. The setup is pretty easy. Whether you just lay the wire around quickly or actually hide the wire for a cleaner install, it’s easy. When i had the power wire on the dash, it got in the way of some things, so i used Scotch Interlocking strips, and it keeps the wire secure. Plugs right into the 12v socket. Has a power button. Also, the camera mount, is held by 2 small screws on the side, they’re tight as i can get it and it still moves, you can see in video. But i highly recommend if you have a little one in the back seat. ... show more

It was great until it wasn’t. It was easy to install the picture was decent and it is better than a mirror because you can see the cold completely. With that being said bought it 9/29/23 and it stopped functioning 3/ 11/24. When I say it stopped functioning the camera is lit but the screen will show nothing at all. As my husband and I prepare for our first, I had heard about people preferring a camera as opposed to a mirror which is easily able to shift or move as you make turns and such. The Manuel helps and is easy to read. There is no lag, and the imaging is better than I hoped for, and my husband agrees as well. It doesn’t take up too much space, the cords you can easily hide by tucking in between the car seat cushions, and where I placed the recording device at doesn’t hinder my ability to drive. Rather than having to look up and off of the road to check through my rearview mirror to look into a baby mirror, I can easily take a glance every so slightly down no further than the tip of my nose to take a glance at where baby will be.
