Microphone sounds very nice. I bought 2 systems of the same frequency. I have tested so far one, I will test both at the same time and see if it causes interferences and I will get back with a new review about it. I walked out of the house, went into the bedrooms and no reception interruption at all. Delivery was on time, outstanding! job from FedEx and from the seller. I know this is a lower tier model. I bought it to replace an older ElectroVoice model we had. The prices between the two (as well as a few years) were the same, however this Shure microphone is mostly plastic. We'll have to see how well it holds up. Works just fine and does what it says it will.

Compared to the SLX models...these BLX models have more handling noise. Build construction is okay. The Mic seem to run a little hotter (internal gain) than the SLX models. Handle with care...not really built for heavy use. We use them as Host Microphones.
